Amos responded quickly to my call and came over to take a look at the door; he came by the next day and did the installation, and then did a tuneup on the door to make sure everything was opening and closing perfectly. A fantastic person to work with! A++

Wow, what a great service focused company! Amos is highly responsive, communicates directly at all hours of the day and is really friendly. He did a new installation for us, set up the full system, came back once or twice to make some minor adjustments a soon as we called and overall was a pleasure to deal with. I booked the $79.00 tuneup special with Amos and it was seamless. He was prompt and extremely thorough. He did a far more comprehensive check than anyone has ever done, tightening every nut and bolt on the inside of the door. He checked the cables and pulleys. Amos stated that my garage door was in very good shape. He did not try to sell me unnecessary services, but did make a couple of recommendations, stressing that there was no need to make repairs too quickly. He was also pleasant and very respectful. I am going to go ahead with his recommendation (replace both pulleys and a frayed cable) and will call on him to return in the near future.

The Garage Door is as good as new now. Michael the technician did an impeccable job and was a pleasure to deal with, as he explained everything that had to be done in detail, and even installed a safety feature for the springs. Even more impressive is that he came during a severe rainstorm with severe winds gusting up to 60mph. This company specializes in Garage Doors and as the name implies, they are Gurus! I was so happy to find them on Angie's List with good reviews that were accurate.

My old garage door opener would not stay closed. I called Garage Door Guru and they sent a technician to my house within the hour. Michael said the unit was old, he could try to repair but it really should be replaced. It was 16 years old so I decided to replace it. Michael came the next day and replaced the unit. He was punctual and very professional. Job was done in about 90 minutes and everything was cleaned up. Michael programmed unit and went thru how it operated with me. I was very happy with their service and would use them again.

The service person came less than an hour after the time range given (9:45 in the 9-11 A.M. range) and was finished within 40 minutes. New screws and washers had to be added to the existing cable brackets on both sides to hold them in place. All moving parts were lubricated and I was informed about the proper procedure to do them in the future.

I try to open my garage door so i can take my car out, but the door went up 2ft from the floor, so i called Garage Door Guru they arrived at my house in the same day, team of 2 ppl troubleshoot the issue, it was a logic board problem he explain, so we decided to replace the opener due old device since 1995, the company provided a lift master opener 1/2hp chain. with 2 remote control, 1 key pad. they also lube the door and adjust the tracks finally i don't have that squeeze noise coming up from the tracks. the install & supply was 400$ and i feel like i got a lot for what i paid.
