Description of Work: He removed my old exhaust fan in my bathroom that was put in wrong from another handyman I used years ago. He found another problem I had and fixed it for me.

Description of Work: Prazniks do both my lawn mowing and snow removal. I started using them in Dec 2008 for snow removal on my subdivision driveway. In the winter when there is a storm, they have always stayed on top of the snow. If you need an early plow they are there to do it. If you need a second plow they are there to do it. They keep track and I had to call them only once.In the summer likewise, they keep track of the grass and keep it moved is a timely fashion. I have never had a complaint about any of the mowing. If they say they will be doing it around a certain time they are there. I have many flowers and they always take care around them. Same with the lawn clean up in the fall and spring.

Description of Work: I use Prazniks Property Maintenance. They are also called Landscaping & Plowing. They were last here to do the spring cleaning on my yard. They also raked and blew leaves out.
