The company did a really nice job on the drawing of the project and the estimate. Unfortunately, I was unable to hire them for the job due to personal cost restrictions, but I am confident that had I hired them they would have done very nice work. They also have a wonderful location where you can go and buy plants and flowers for your yard. Even though I was unable to go through with the job, the definitely went above and beyond trying to reduce the cost as much as possible for me.

Nice initial response on the phone, and Dennis came to my house on July 21. He seemed very knowledgeable and promised a landscaping plan. Never heard from him by August 14 and so I called and said I needed a response, and I was promised a response that day. That was Thursday. Dennis finally called me on Saturday afternoon, at which point he still did not have a proposal for consideration.

This was our first adventure in hiring landscapers and we were very pleased. I had purchased a number of plants from Greenscapes the prior summer and all grew beautifully, so we were confident in the quality of their plants. Pat came to the house and talked with us about what we were hoping to do, took measurements, and a short while later we had our estimate. When we decided to cut the scope of the project in half they were very accomodating and understanding of our budget. When it came time for the work to be done, they handled contacting Dig Safe, and in one day most of the work was complete. I was especially pleased that after the first day they set the suggested plants in place but did not put them in the ground. Instead, we had an opportunity to review the placement and even choose from a selection of additional plants that they left onsite, then returned the next day to install them. When we returned the second day, all the work was complete and looking beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves completely - no trace was left. The grass has now grown in and we love the new look of our front lawn. Initially, the price was much more expensive than we expected, but that was primarily due to us never having used landscaping services before. The final price was right in line with the estimate and we feel we got a very fair deal for the work that was done. Even though we were a small job, when we visited the nursury to discuss plants Pat personally walked us around and took as much time with us as we needed. And again, their willingness to make a second trip to our property just so we could preview the plantings before they were in the ground was very impressive. When we are ready to move on to the next area that needs attention, we will be calling them again!
