Fire-Hoke

It was an emergency call on a Friday morning. He showed up hours later than he indicated on phone. He diagnosed the issue and offered to have it installed and working by that evening. He wanted to be paid in advance because he did not have credit accounts with vendor. He did install it and it was functioning when he left around 10pm. He arranged to come back on Monday afternoon to redo some exhaust pipes that he didn't have the right materials with him to do the way he wanted and to build a filter housing as he had used existing duct work. The furnace stopped working that night. When I called him Saturday morning he said he'd try and get back to look at it and that he would call that afternoon. (I had someone look at the furnace that afternoon and the line that had been run to drain condensation was not functioning which resulted in the furnace not working.) He did not call until Sunday night. He told me he had tried to avoid needing a condensation pump. He did not show up Monday, as scheduled, even though he reminded me we had the appointment in his Sunday call. I called later Monday night and he said he had a job run late and he would be there Tuesday to finish. He did not show up Tuesday. He did not return my call when I left a message Tuesday night.

They were very efficient. They cleaned my basement out, they removed the oil tank that was there, and they did a wonderful job. I do believe they do good work. I am a senior citizen. The pricing was excellent. I got a couple of other quotes, and they had the lowest price. The quality is also excellent. They were here and got everything done within a week after I talked to them. They are going to clean the furnace every year, and double check it.
