Robert answered an emergency cold call in the middle of a 10 degree night to come check out a partial power failure at our house. Not only did he check everything out to make sure the family was safe and identify the problem, he also managed National Grid throughout the night until they arrived early the next morning. Some serious dedication and professionalism when we were in a tough spot.
