Bates Absolute Steam Cleaning are professional and do a fantastic job. They truly aim to please. They were prompt in arrival, did a thorough vacuuming before they applied the treatment and then did the actual deep cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised that the rug was only slightly damp after the cleaning and thoroughly dry before l retired for the evening.

water all over my floors i slipped and damaged tissue in my Knee not the best of jobs paid him 275 counted out the cash to him when he left two hours later he called me and said i only gave him 75.00 which was a lie he is far from reputable
