Westchester Restoration

After interviewing several contractors, we selected Joe to put in our basement bathroom from scratch. This job was quite involved as we needed plumbing, cement work, electrical and regular construction. Joe was always on time and in-tuned to detail and accuracy. He’s very knowledgeable, experienced and insightful. He provides ongoing input and evaluation of the job as he goes along. He is approachable, friendly and personable. His construction experience is well versed and he is an expert with installing/remodeling kitchens, mudrooms, mancaves, bathrooms, etc. He is the best contractor we have used and surely will be using him again in the future. We highly recommend him!

When a ceiling pipe leaked & flooded my entire basement and after the plumber & servpro was finished with their emergency work ... I was left with a huge hole in my basement ceiling & wall. My wall to wall carpeting & underlying padding was ruined as well as the doors to my utility/HVAC closet. I was devastated and anxious to find a contractor that would be fair , honest & talented. I found all those qualities in Joe Sera, owner of Architectural Restoration Contracting in Goldens Bridge, NY who came very highly recommended. Joe immediately put me at ease and provided a fair estimate for all the work that needed to be done. He also made some great suggestions that I would not have thought of . All the work was completed within a week . My basement walls & ceiling were repaired with all new insulation and sheetrock. The entire room was repainted and all the baseboards replaced. My floors were redone with beautiful ceramic tile and gorgeous new doors put on the utility/HVAC closet .. so much more attractive that the previous doors. I have a brand new beautiful basement that looks 100x better than before. Each day the workers arrived on time, worked straight through and cleaned up. All my furniture was moved out and moved back into the room. My new basement was immaculate. I am so glad that I found Joe Sera and would highly recommend Architectural Restoration Contracting.
