Initially they thought we would need about 2hrs because they thought they were there to clean the whole apartment. When I told them it was just the kitchen, they said 1hr or 1.5 max and that it would be a thorough cleaning job. When they were done, I paid them and they left. It completely slipped my mind to check their work before they left. As soon as the door closed I remembered and I went into the kitchen to look and NONE of the cabinets were cleaned out. NONE. But they did clean the pull out drawers. I specifically told the young women that I wanted the cabinets cleaned out so I can put my dished in them (I just bought the place and wanted the cabinets cleaned before I used them) The young women translated that to her mother so I thought we were good to go. And at one point I walked past and saw the mother cleaning out the pull-out drawers so thought they were fine and the cabinets were done too. Especially seeing how they took 2hrs to clean a 10x10 kitchen. An empty kitchen at that. I called the companies main number and she got in contact with them and said that they would come back... for the same rate. So basically she was telling me that at 10pm at night, the women would come back and get paid an additional $45 an hour to clean out the cabinets. The women who I spoke with when I called, was completely useless. She told me they get paid by the hour and not the job, She was not concerned with resolving this situation or customer satisfaction. I was basically Sh*t out of luck. It was late so she told me she would call me the next day. By 2pm I hadn't heard from her so I called. Of course she didn't answer. I paid $110 and now i'm not really sure what they cleaned. Now that I think about it, the mother cleaned the fridge and the daughter scrubbed the TOPS of my cabinets. Yes folks the top. I'm talking about waaaaay up by the ceiling. They spent 2 hours cleaning the TOP of my cabinets and my fridge :-l Unless you enjoy micromanaging and I would not suggest you use this company. because even if I would have checked before they left, they would have charged me full price to then go back and clean. I would NEVER recommend or use them for anything again!

I purchased a special introductory offer of $79 and the woman who came to clean was lovely. The owner however, tried to charge me extra for 30 minutes she thought the cleaner had spent. I had to explain several times that I only wanted the three hours for the set price, and that the woman cleaning should just finish after the three hour mark. The work was done well however, and the price was kept at 79.

They get the job done in a clean manner. They are reasonably good. They are punctual.
