Company responded fast to an emergency. My heat pump/hvac unit failed in 90deg temperatures. Technician came and diagnosed that system is 20 years old and needed replacement. Sales team was excellent and helped pick the right system for my budget. New system was in stain less than a week. Will hire this company again

Talk about Top Quality service! From the professionalism of Daniel, to the great job done by Humberto and Ernest. I couldn't have had a better experience in a bad situation. They replaced our steam boiler, and our water tank and did a wonderful job. We have a warm house again thanks to them! Humberto, Ernest, I take my hat off to you!

SILA called to offer their annual heating inspection services given that I was a prior customer. The gentlemen they sent, Ivan, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went over and above, and spent a lot of time explaining the parts of my boiler to me and likely failure points, gave some recommendations on my aging indirect water tank, and even answered a few questions I had regarding thermostat wiring. He was very patient, and left everything clean and exactly the same was as he had found it. He wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was very respectful. I've used SILA for my annual inspection every year the past five or so years.

I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Abraham showed up right on time. He took a look at the system and confirmed that the furnace was running as expected, and he didn’t find evidence of a cracked heat exchanger. I was hoping for a definitive answer as to why the air wasn’t flowing out of several of my vents, but he was only able to confirm that it wasn’t due to the furnace itself. I may have clogged or separated ductwork behind the walls, but he wasn’t able to diagnose/confirm. At least I know the furnace itself isn’t the source.

I have a older lennox furnace that I have maintained with Sila. The tech Ivan was professional and efficient. He suggested a repair of our unit to extend the life of the furnace. We agreed and have scheduled the repair. There work is always good and affordable.

This was our first time using Sila and we are very impressed with the quality and professionalism of their service. When I made the initial appointment they quoted me a price for the service and said they would contact me 24 hours before to confirm. Like clockwork they called to confirm. The day of our appointment service tech, Kyle, showed up 10 minutes early and got right to work. He carefully checked out our 3 HVAC units and our heat pump and changed all filters and associated service needs. Charges for the service call were as quoted (plus the costs of the filters). All in all we are very happy with the service (and Kyle's professionalism) and will definitely hire them again for all of our HVAC needs

The guys from Sila are in a class of their own. They took the time to explain everything in laymen terms. I recommend them without hesitation.

The Sila technician spent as much time as necessary to diagnose the problem with my furnace. He explained his findings every step of the way. Communication from the company regarding service visits and arrival of parts from their distributor was excellent. The cost of the repair was reasonable. Overall, I was very impressed by Sila and would definitely use them again.

The work was flawless, the technician came on time, performed inspection and maintenance on two central A/C units.

SILA is never going to be the cheapest but if you want something diagnosed swiftly and fixed or replaced just as quickly, you can't go wrong with these guys. They were the only ones to correctly diagnosis and fix our ailing furnace three years ago, so we trust them. For this problem, they tried to get the old pump into working order (turns out it was the kind that needed to be oiled; the contractor, not SILA, who installed it along with a heavy duty basement dehumidifier, never told us it needed oiling for routine maintenance). The SILA tech did all the diagnostics on the drain hose (no blockage there) and then tried oiling the motor. It was running but not well enough to push the water up the hose and down the drain. A new pump was the last alternative. Within 20 minutes, the SILA tech replaced the pump with one identical to our furnace condensate pump, which never needs oiling. Everything is working fine now! They also have good coupons/deals when you get on their email/mailing list.

Discovered our 6 yo gas water heater developed a leak. Decided to call on these guys as they provide the annual maintenance for our A/C and furnace. Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. Ivan Camacho was terrific. He clearly explained the various test functions and their importance in boiler safety. He couldn't have been nicer.
