Description of Work: This was an Angie's special. The serviceman was prompt and did a thorough inspection of my 2 heating units. He did all maintenance work and start up for the winter season. He replaced my 2 filters. He was very polite and I was very pleased.I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I had my gas furnace serviced for the annual check-up. The serviceman arrived on time, was very professional and pleasant. He also wore booties over his shoes to ensure he would not dirty our floors. He knew a lot about our specific furnace system. I definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I've been using Unique Indoor Comfort for my heating and air conditioning for the past few years. I have been very pleased with their service. In particular Steve is pleasant to deal with, is very conscientious and thorough and appears to have expert knowledge of the workings of heating systems. The telephone person who schedules visits is courteous and considerate, and the service appointments have been punctually filled. Today Steve checked out the heating system, and radiators. He found a problem with the expansion tank, which wasn't holding its charge. He lowered the aquastat slightly to prevent the relief valve from blowing. I'm having the expansion tank and auto vent replaced in the near future, but with his adjustment can use the system at a reduced level in the interim.
