Description of Work: Mike T, the tech arrived promptly and immediately started to work. He carefully examined the A/C unit and verified that all internal parts were running smoothly. He flushed the unit, changed the filter and made sure that the dehumidifier was set properly. He checked the outside condenser and ensured that the unit temps we're operating at the correct levels. Mike was a true professional and an excellent representative for SILA.

Description of Work: I was surprised that they invited me to negotiate on the price to replace my compressor and air handler and some of the plumbing. It was kind of like negotiating to buy a car. I would have expected this to be more of a straight-up pricing model, to replace old and worn out A/C components. | |After installation, the system did not work. They kept coming back to get it right, and ultimately were able to get the system running reliably.

Description of Work: I had the usual annoying drips and leaks and a need to replace a showerhead. Sila was punctual and explained everything to me and was very careful and wore protective covering on shoes so my carpets stayed clean. I am planning on using them in the future for sure. Mary Cain

Description of Work: Serviced our heater. We purchased our home last year and decided to service the heater for the season. We had carbon monoxide build up of 1970 ppm. Legal limit is 300ppm. If we had a leak we'd be dead. He was able to bring it down to zero through servicing it, so we don't need to replace.
