Technician knew what he was doing. Seemed very experience and did the job right. Price was high, but he did his best to contain costs.

Although this company advertises doing jobs in all Fairfield county, when I called the receptionist claims that it does not cover my town. Basically a waste of time to call this company

Kurt, the service tech just completed an Ac tune up and did a great job. He was punctual, polite and courteous. He even put on booties to protect the floors. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Inspection and work performed was extremely thorough, well communicated throughout the job so I could understand the status and look to the future of our units. He also allowed me the opportunity to look at what he had done, and what the duct cleaning company had or had not done. Specialist (Dennis) offered me a very reasonable service plan for the season that seemed very good value and which I paid for.

I've been using Sila since 2012 when they installed a new high efficiency HVAC system for me. They were great then and have been great ever since. I keep renewing my annual service contract because they take good care of me. Apparently I had forgotten to call and schedule the furnace service at the beginning of the heating season this year. They called me to remind me...good customer service. Once I scheduled, Ivan Camacho came out today to perform the service. He explained everything was neat and clean and was even nice and patient with my loud and annoying dog who would not stop barking. I will Keep using Sila and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. In fact, a friend in Scarsdale was having a problem with their HVAC that was installed by someone else. They had several vendors in to provide quotes. Sila was the only vendor who was honest and told them to do the job properly they would likely need to open some walls to access the duct work. Unfortunately my friend was looking for a quick/easy fix and didn't want to open walls. They didn't hire Sila but should have as they continue to have problems and now have space heaters and window AC units throughout the house. Don't know who my friend hired but clearly the problem isn't fixed. I'll keep using Sila and plan to renew my annual service contract again this year.

Great. I did not realize so many of my parts were corroded though and needed replacement. Once Ivan Camacho pointed it out I totally saw it needed fixing. Also, he was very polite and professional.

Ivan Camacho did an excellent job, explaining everything in words a layman would understand. He even vacuumed the work-area when he was finished. More than pleased with the service. Fred Kunst +++++fK

Doug B from Sila showed up on time. He put on cloth booties so he wouldn't track in dirt from the outside. Doug was polite and professional. Doug completed the job and then made a recommendation that no one else has from past experience. Doug suggested that I consider purchasing a Nest CO2 & smoke detector (2nd generation) battery operated and also links to my smartphone. The reasoning for the recommendation was that my HVAC is located in my attic in a small enclosed room with updated insulation. And there is an insulation hood on top of my pull down attic door. Doug told me that with a conventional CO2 detector, I might not hear it "alert" with all of the additional insulation layers. Although I didn't purchase it from him/Sila, I did purchase it locally and was able to install it relatively easily.

Technician arrived on time and took care to keep everything clean and neat. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He noted a few other items that I needed to keep an eye on that might require future service. He recommended a service contract but was not pushy about it.

Very responsive service. Would recommend.

Prompt arrival. Had more work done that initially intended. (i.e. added 2# of refrigerant). However, good service and knowledgeable technician.

I was impressed with the Company but decided to go with a different vendor based on lower price

I claimed a $99 AC Tune-Up and scheduled the service. I took off the morning from work to be there. No one showed. I called Sila and they said the technician assigned to this job "called out" and would not make it to my home and that they needed to reschedule. They claimed they tried to call me to let me know, but the number wasn't valid. I had previously provided my correct phone number when scheduling the service. Therefore, I scheduled a service, they cancelled on me the morning of, and to make matters worse, I wasn't contacted. However, even if I had been contacted, cancelling the morning of is unacceptable. The technician calling out is their problem, not mine.

Andres came to my house and tuned up 2 units as described. He also recommended a few things to prevent problems in the future. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

They diagnosed the problem and suggested alternative solutions. I'm in the process of weighing the options, as they are all expensive.

So first I am not one to write reviews unless I am extremely satisfied or extremely dissatisfied. Unfortunately I am writing this because I am extremely disappointed! First off I will say I have used them in the past for a boiler tune up and this most recent service call. As far as the tune up I was pleased. I will also say the two different techs that came out were nice and punctual. HOWEVER if you need any actual work done on your boiler BEWARE!! The price I was given to replace a bad circulator pump was absolutely ridiculous! For those that don’t know it is a part that costs anywhere between $90-150 and they wanted $1250 to replace the part. This job takes anywhere between 1 - 2 hours so by my math that is somewhere between $600-1100 an hour in labor. For me personally that is a completely astronomical price per hour. With that said I do realize things can go wrong and it may take longer but feel I should be given an option to pay by the hour instead of a flat rate. After paying the service call fee of $80 I opted not to pay $1250 for the service and wanted to look at other options. It is now a day later and the bad pump is replaced and the heat is working. The job took 2 hours and a $90 part and this company did not preform the work.

My boiler stopped working in the morning, I call Sila and they setup an appointment the same day and Mike, their repairman, came by about 1 hour later. Very easy, efficient and punctual. Th Mike was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately and gave his professional opinion right away. So in terms of professionalism, punctuality and knowledge, Sila is top notch.

I suppose the tune-up was fine. And I agree with the other review that says they were pushy in trying to get us to update our system. Not really sure if we will call them again....would rather someone who will help us take care of our system and maximize its life, rather than a company that wants to upsell us on much more expensive options.

It didn't took my money, no response

The tune-up itself was fine, other than being somewhat late and having to reschedule the first time. But the guy was helpful and explained everything I asked about. He was a bit pushy about encouraging me to replace my whole system (maybe somewhat needed, I'm not sure). Overall, the service was fine though, and I would hire them again for that aspect. The reason I *won't* actually hire them again though, is because of their cost. I needed a new humidifier and the costs they quoted were literally 2x the next guy I called. Same with his rough estimates of furnace/system replacement. No reason to pay up for this. I had the other company do the humidifier install and am happy with it.

Worked for 25 minutes got charged 200 dollars The work was not satisfactorily complete (leak ensued) and they balked at coming back - however in coming back there was the understanding that we could be charged more money for services rendered.

Fantastic. Carlos was prompt, courteous, patient, efficient and had a pleasant manner. Although it was late and very cold, he came in the evening to diagnose the problem. Made a temporary solution and came back in a day to make the permanent solution.

When we purchased the coupon it asked for our zip code and it informed us that it was in area of service. YET- When I called to set up the service I was told by the provider that is was out of his service area. He informed me to contact you and that you would refund the purchase. VERY FRUSTRATING
