Great! Did exactly as promised. Came three times: first to measure and confirm, second to install the unit inside and out, then I had to get my own electrician to hook it up (this was expected), and third they came back to test and turn on. Each time was quick and professional.

Steve, the senor HVAC specialist, is always on time and is a true expert of his trade. His work is excellent and has good advice for homeowners. I trust him with taking care of our HVAC systems and therefore always ask for him.

The technician came on time and was very professional. They tested and tuned the furnace and made recommendations for common issues that might arise. The whole process took about an hour.

Service provider was only supposed to perform a diagnostic test, but found a simple solution and fixed the problem. Also offered advice about other potential heating issues and suggested fixes.

Originally came on 9/11/15 & found problem to be repaired on 9/14/15. Temporary repair to allow cooling for weekend until permanent repair - arrived on time - were very courteous & neat - very pleased with entire process.

Dennis did a good job of testing my hypothesis of a clogged drainage tube. he explained why low freon could be the source of the problem. He worked outside on the condenser. Water drained from the pip, all seemed fine.

Purchased two deals ($59 each) to have Sila check-up/tune-up our two propane furnaces. Deal said only one deal per household but I called Sila before purchasing to check if they would service our two furnaces for this price if we bought two deals and they happily agreed. Sila's service technician was right on time, and dealing with the company was a pleasure. They even emailed us before they arrived to let us know who would be coming, and the email included a photo of their technician, which made my wife (who was home alone) happy. Sila's work was thorough and professional. Technician was uniformed, drove a new-ish, clean service truck, and presented as knowledgeable and trustworthy. Took about 45 minutes working on each furnace, took the time to explain to my wife what he did and his findings (both furnaces operating well, no repairs required), and presented us with a written report upon conclusion. Great service, great experience, $118 to have two furnaces checked and tuned--couldn't be happier with this experience!
