+ -1 moreKyle and Paul were punctual and very professional. Processes and costs explained very well and all that was promised was completed. A little more than I anticipated spending but worth it.
Description of Work: All carpets throughout the house were cleaned- 3 bedrooms, living room, family room, den, hallways and stairs.

Description of Work: I have used Service Master. They did mostly the steam cleaning of the upholstery as well as the carpet.

+ -1 moreOur basement flooded last night at 9:00. After speaking with our insurance company, they instructed us to call a few 24-hour emergency service providers in our area, Service Master being one of them. We called around 10:00, but their overnight crew was unable to come until morning - as was the case with every provider we called - so much for "emergency service". I spoke with the SM rep and he said he would call me in the morning to arrange a time to come over. Cut to this morning. Insurance company calls and says they have arranged service with a local company who would be at the house by 9:30. I Immediately call Service Master to tell them that we don't need their guys to come because the insurance company arranged the cleanup for us. The guy from Service Master then gets all pissy with me on the phone! As though it's MY fault! I hang up with him, and not 10 minutes later, their GM calls, and starts complaining to ME that they rearranged their schedule for us, we had an appointment, etc... Since when is it acceptable for a company to call the customer and complain that we didn't use their service? I will absolutely never call this company again. They lost any and all future business from their unprofessional behavior, and immature attitude. GROW UP, GUYS!
Description of Work: No services were performed. I called for 24-hour emergency flood service, but there was nobody available.

+ -1 moreI WOULD SAY THAT I AM HAPPY, AND I HAVE USED THEM TWICE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND PERSONABLE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO COMPARE THEIR PRICES TO. I JUST THOUGHT IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE STEEP.
Description of Work: IT WAS A COUCH CLEANING AND THE CLEANING OF AN AREA RUG AND AN OTTOMAN.
