Joe upgraded my outdoor lighting system with 7 LED path lights and 2 LED spot lights. I give Joe the highest possible rating. Joe does a great job and genuinely cares about the customer. He saved me money two ways: first, he found the most economical way to upgrade my system (unlike others) and second he saved me $ 800 on the purchase of my lights. My system looks and runs great! Found Joe to be responsive and flexible to our schedule (including evenings and/or weekends). Sent his electrician Arti to do the work and Arti did not disappoint. Diagnosed and solved the complex problem for us (pendant lights not working) and also swapped out a dining room light fixture for us - all with strict adherence to code. Would definitely use again.

Overall very good experience, everything was explained very clearly from overall scope of work to pricing and time frame. I have already recomended them to freinds based on their performace and my satisfaction. Plan to use them again for furture projects. Well done.

Excellent and friendly service

The job was to upgrade an outdoor LED lighting system. You need to see the finished project to appreciate his work. The initial appointment, proposal, and start of the job were all very prompt. They did a great job and explained everything to my satisfaction. Joe saved me a lot of money by letting me use his discount when purchasing lights and by only doing what the job required. I will definitely want to work with Rinaldi on future projects

I hired Rinaldi Electric to help with several electrical issues in my new home. Joe Rinaldi is very professional and met me at my house on my schedule. The project consisted of fixing cable TV outlets inside the house, installing a new electrical outlet in a crawl space, troubleshooting non-functioning electrical lighting, and installing new outdoor lights on my garage. Joe and his team did an excellent job. For my quote, there were several parts of the project that had to be estimated as it involved trying to diagnose electrical problems (why certain lights weren't working). He was upfront giving me the cost on a per man basis and the estimated time it would take. The electricians worked very hard and worked around my schedule. I was very happy with the results and would recommend them highly. I still have a few additional projects to fix and will be continuing to use Joe and his team.

Unbelievably good service. It was an emergency job and they fit us in. The showed up when they said they would and promptly fixed the problem. It was a gift to work with someone who has good communications skills. Our problem turned into our pleasure. We're glad to have met Joe & his team.

Mr. Rinaldi and his helper were very friendly and professional. They were prompt and got installed a light switch, replaced a light fixture and replaced an outside lamp post with an outlet and light fixture quickly and the job was well done. The price was very reasonable.
