Ralph and Augusto at the warehouse and Hudson at the showroom were all extremely cordial and helpful. They treated us like we were important customers even though we only needed a fairly small order. They have a great selection of hardwoods and will help you get exactly what you need. Really fantastic service.

Prestige Floors If you can?t find your floor at Prestige, then they just don?t make it! Prestige has a floor for everyone. Scott Falk, Showroom Manager is a pleasure to work with. I?m not easy and had difficulty making up my mind as I was doing a complete kitchen, dining room and hallway renovation and need flooring for all three areas. I took home floor samples, called and emailed Scott with various questions, and visited the showroom several times before I made my decision. Scott never rushed or pressured me and was always extremely patient. I decided on an engineered floor by Mirage and it is beautiful. The three young gentlemen from Prestige did a great job on the installation of the flooring; I am very pleased.

Very well. We are very pleased with the job.

Workers seemed in a rush. Put down cracked boards in at least three places. Rushed to put only down before stained dried.this caused problems with the evenness of the stain. Had to restrain . Then found cracked boards which had to be replaced. They tried to match the stain to the test of floor. That was a disaster . Finally my contractor had to find someone else to fix everything.

First - all work was subcontracted out by Prestige. I do not know who actually did the work because they were independent contractors working for Prestige. Prestige people were fine. They were nice, accommodating, helpful but the subs were awful. They were rude, inconsiderate and didn't seem to know what the job was supposed to be. There were quite a few unacceptable boards that I rejected. They were angry that I was slowing them down. I had paid for upgraded wood - white rift and quarter sawn oak - and did not want them to slip in red or plain sawn oak. They do not use dustless sanders so the house was covered from top to toe with sawdust that we are still cleaning up. They were not able to tell me what finishing material they were using even though i had discussed this with the salesman at Prestige. They used something that yellowed the white oak and they applied it very poorly so it was streaked throughout. When they were finished and I complained about the poor work a Prestige owner came and inspected and said one additional coat would even out the streaks - but I didn't want yet more yellowing poly on the floors - I wanted the original white oak color I had paid for. When they were through I hired a different company to come in, sand the floors down to the bare wood and star all over with the right material and careful application. Much better but so much more money and trouble. To summarize, Prestige has a very nice showroom and the sales people were helpful. The manager was also nice but really should not trust a big job like this to irresponsible subs who just want to get in and get out. As a homeowner, I want to know who is doing the work and I want to be sure that they are capable of what I have arranged with the sales person. Even though Prestige was willing to sand the floors down again and start over, I didn't trust that the same crew would do it any better - or be nice about it.

Project manager was readily available. Workers were courteous and efficient. Cleaned up area each evening. Work went very well. Little "fix-up" areas were attended to promptly and well. Floors look GREAT!!!

They were good. They did come. I did quote some Angie's list, two other companies, and they know better than the others. I got explanation of my floor from them, they give me right thing, and they are professional and honest and price is good. The price is reasonable. The quality is not excellent but it's pretty good. The responsiveness is good.

They came out the next days after I called. You can’t be more prompt than that! It was a miracle! The stairs were about $600 and the flooring itself was about $8,000. They matched the pricing with prices I found on the web. Absolutely no problems with them at all!

The floors were completed in one day except for the molding which was done in a couple of hours the next day. Service was reliable and the quality of work was very good. The price was fair considering it included labor.

The job was done quite well within a single day, so we were able to use those areas the next day. I was quite satisfied with this work.

Prestige did the hardwoord floors for our living and dining room. They were very professional and prompt in their service. Jody was very responsive in terms of giving us quotes and scheduling our installation. Their showroom has a wide variety of hardood samples which made it easy for us to select the material we liked. The installation was done neatly and was completed within 6 hours. We are extremely satisfied with their service. We look forward to working with them in the future.
