It went well. I was contacted ahead of time by their project manager who was thorough and walked me through various options in detail plus his recommendation. He was flexible with my schedule and responsive via email. Voucher was for 1 painter 8 hours at $250 which was very reasonable. On the work date another site manager arrived and was also professional and helpful. Two not one painters arrived and performed a good job and asked questions whenever something was not clear. I bought them a pizza (in addition to tipping them) in appreciation of their hard work and because it was a cold Saturday morning. My one suggestion is that PPofW confirms the appointment a day or two before and that they arrived late without calling. I live in the NY/Westchester area and understand traffic is inevitable so a quick call to explain you are late is reasonable and professional. Overall, would definitely recommend them for this type of job and a very good value for the spend. Lastly, they provided the receipt for the paint they bought and I gave them a check. Very easy process and they had provided a ballpark figure for what paint would cost.

The Precision Painting of Westchester staff did an excellent job with our old ceilings (1940s plaster). The ceilings look fantastic! The staff were prompt, easy to have in the house (I was home the whole time) and did a very careful job cleaning up each night before they left. When they were here, they draped plastic over the walls to protect the furnishing and created a barrier so that dust did not move easily from room to room. This was greatly appreciated! The owner, Mr. Avery, came twice a day to check on the work, his staff, and my impressions of how the job was going. He was responsive to my request to change the molding finish in one room (from satin to matte) even after they completed the job. The job was done in slightly less than the time estimated. There were no unpleasant surprises after they left, just a job really well done! We would definitely use them again!

Very responsive, fast and professional with stunning quality. Left the home cleaner than when they arrived! Job was bigger than expected given poor quality of previous paint layers, but original price estimate stood. Absolutely top notch from initial call to completion.

The company got back to me quickly, scheduled an estimate, and arrived on time for the appointment. The estimate, however, was almost twice the next highest estimate, so we did not choose them for the job.

I have been using them for several years. I think they are the best. I spent about $10,000. I will use them again in the future.

Jim is the most RESPONSIBLE!!! person I have ever met If he says he will be at the job at 10:00 that means 10:00 he is the best by far I have ever had the pleasure to have had work for me. He is the only painter I will ever use.
