The job went very well. Alfredo and Roseanne were very responsive to our needs and worked with us on pricing, scheduling and getting the paperwork done. The price was reasonable and the workers at our house, Jordy and Axel, did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with.

PM quality painting was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive and patient with all of my questions and wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work done. The entire exterior was painted beautifully and quickly and the crew was very careful to stay neat and clean up well. Would definitely recommend them!

The painting was done very well and completed ahead of schedule. The interior of my home was left clean and neat, no paint drips anywhere. I had selected my colors from Home Depot brand paint chips, and they were able to match the colors precisely. However, the materials leftover from this job (paint cans, plastic trays, food garbage from the painters' takeout) were left in open contractor bags on my front stoop, in violation of village sanitation regulations. When I contacted this provider to come and pick up his garbage, I received no response. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Hats off to Peter, who visited my home to confirm the work to be done. Peter was very gracious and polite when I didn't understand the deal offered on Angie's List. Service doesn't get faster, he was there within 10 minutes of my call. Heads up, some of the offers from PM are for painting only the walls, and that means not painting the trim, doors, windows, etc. It's written in the Angie's List posting, be sure to read the detail section. It's still a good deal, but may not do the job needed. Because of that, I looked for a different offer, but that was my fault for not reading the offer completely.

It went VERY, VERY WELL. I couldn't be more pleased. Peter, who set up the contract, listened sensitively to my initial ideas and devised solutions to some tricky issues. Johnn, the supervisor, showed up frequently and was gracious about following up with all my requests and feedback. It was easy to reach them by phone or email with queries. The team completed the exterior work and interior priming in August then accommodated a 3-month delay on completing the interior to give us time to deal with infrastructural issues. They also accommodated a 6-day interruption so that we could get everything set up for relatives staying with us for Thanksgiving. At no point in working with them did I ever feel rushed or pressured. The workers, especially Rick and Joel, were courteous and very professional. They always showed up on time and worked intensely. They moved furniture and removed fixtures where necessary. They were respectful of our household rhythms and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. The quality of their work was simply excellent. A kind of mesh was used during the initial preparation to smooth out uneven and cracked surfaces so that those surfaces came out looking like new. After priming, two coats of paint were applied. Taking great care not to damage our newly refinished wood floors, they used drop cloths and painted with precision, leaving no drips or puddles. Every little aspect that was not to our liking was promptly and courteously corrected. Charges for the project adhered strictly to the contract and payments were well spaced; there were no surprises. I would be thrilled to have them come back to work on additional projects.

They were very clean and very neat, Patricio and Ivan did a great job. Peter gave us an estimate, and everything ended up costing right on the estimate. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional. They moved everything and were efficient. Patricio was in charge and was very well organize.

I had an appointment for an estimate for an interior paint job. I received a voicemail that they were running a bit late which was absolutely fine and I appreciated the call. I called back to say that it was fine and I would be home for the entire evening and to come by any time. However when I called back I experienced an incredibly unprofessional man. I would have been happy to reschedule or have him come by later, but was continually interrupted when I tried to confirm my address or give directions. After getting nowhere on the phone, I just told him to forget about it and I would go with another painter. He then called back to continue telling me how my house is hard to find and that he is now on his way home so didn't want to come by. Overall not someone I would ever hire for any work. He is rude and clearly he doesn't need any new business. I prefer to work with people that are respectful. Also our house is not hard to find and we live directly off a main road, but I was never able to give directions because he kept yelling at me about how my address is not in his GPS. We just moved into our house and have had at least 20 different service providers to our house and nobody has had any issues finding our house or address.

I have worked with P M in the past to repair a wet drywall and we picked them for the paint job, too. They do an amazingly clean and efficient job and the outcome was beautiful. They always showed up on time, addressed all our concerns and leave the house very clean. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Since they had done such a good job back in March 2015 painting the house we were selling, we picked them for the house we bought, too. Once again the crew was amazingly punctual, polite and efficient. They were also very flexible and painted couple small areas that were not in the original proposal. They got the project right on time and made sure that we'll be their lifelong customers!

Peter was great and contacted me quickly after I purchased the Big Deal via Angie's List. He came over to give an estimate. He was fair, honest, and knowledgable. After our estimate, I had a bit of trouble scheduling the actual painting, but once we sorted out the details, everything else went very smoothly. The two crew members that came to the house were fabulous and thorough. They completed the project in just one day. I would certainly recommend P and M Quality Painting for this type of job.

It all went very well. The painter was very thorough. Everything was carefully masked off before painting and at the end of each day was cleaned up. He politely answered any questions and quickly resolved any concerns I had with the job. I think the price for the job was reasonable and I was very impressed with the quality of the work.

P and M team accommodated our schedule which required doing a third of the apartment, then taking a week off, doing the next third, a week off, and then the final third. The apartment has crown molding in most rooms, several built-in bookcases and niches, etc. which were painted with enamel. The team was always on time and very responsive to directions and requests. THey responded the next day to a small request after painting was completed. Prep, painting and finishing was of high quality throughout. We had 3 bids and P and M was the low bidder. We would certainly use P and M again and recommend them without reservation.

In 20 years of being homeowner this is the first company we truly thought were professional in all aspects of their painting business. They communicated well - they were reachable and available at all times via email, cell phone text and phone calls (we all know those who don't have working cell phones, who don't answer calls during the day, who don't show up and can't be reached so these are huge factors for us!!); great with paperwork. Staff were skilled, respectful, punctual and pleasant; work was super-fast and detailed, they finished as they predicted. Our rep Johnn, was perhaps not the most articulate but definitely knows his stuff, we are glad to have followed his suggestions and went ahead with particular colors that turned out to be the best we've ever seen on our home. The estimate may give you the urge to perhaps get a lower quote elsewhere at first but at the end of the day, if you want good quality work done in your beloved home, use this company then you will feel like your money was well spent; besides you should get a discount for being Angies members.

Since buying our home last year, we've had work done by P M Quality painting twice now. They are professional, responsive, on-time, neat, and do great work. They have painted every inch of our 2300 square foot home and their precision and attention to detail is impressive. What compelled me to write a review though was that I pulled into my driveway today and noticed one of the crew members had taken the time to put a piece of cardboard under his van because it was leaking oil. This is not something I asked him to do but have had vendors in the past leave ugly oil stains that were a headache to deal with afterward. The fact that he had the foresight and consideration to do this really made a positive impression on me. Needless to say, this mindfulness carries into their work as well. I recommend these guys to anyone and will actually kind of miss them now that I have nothing left to paint! Of all the vendors I've worked with in the past year, these guys are hands down my favorite.

Painters were on time, very clean and neat. Vacuumed rooms they worked in every day. Covered all areas when doing ceilings, so no drops or leaks.

Did not prime new siding well enough for stain to cover Did come back and do it again and again until it was okay Put nails in the garage door frame from the down spouts and did not fill holes properly so it shows Left rags and used cans of paint on side without notifying owner of its location Men were friendly and professional and tried to the extent they could but not knowledgeable enough to do it right the first time

Peter Loconte managed to start work only a week after we got the estimate, and his 2-person crew completed the job in 6 days. They showed up every day at 8:00 and worked steadily until about 4. Very nice folks. House looks great so far.

Went very well. People were great setting up the job - finished job perfectly. No issues. They actually were working on a home that we were moving into and they were able to work unsupervised and finished ahead of time. Also, we added 3 additional rooms to paint and they did that as well for a small additional cost. Worked with Manny and he was great.

I subscribed to Angie's List because I was having difficulty locating a contractor who would actually follow-up and do the work I needed done. I'd previously been frustrated by another contractor who, although had quoted me a price, stopped communicating with me entirely when I tried to schedule the work. I was drawn to P M Quality Painting mostly because of their positive reviews. I got in touch with them via Angie's List and Peter came to my apartment and gave me an estimate for the work. Peter struck me as a professional, and I was happy to appoint him the work. I live in a co-op apartment, so there was the inevitable paperwork to be sorted out. This was made easy by Barb who works at the office and seems to do a great job looking after all the paperwork, scheduling etc. The required forms and insurance documentation were sent to me quickly so I could get the approval from the building to get the work done. The actual work was performed by Johnn, who I never met as I was working abroad. I did talk to Johnn by email and phone, however, and again he was good at keeping me updated on when he'd be there, etc. The quality of the work is excellent. In summary, I was impressed by the company. I'd certainly consider using them again.

P&M paid attention to detail, and did a beautiful job. They weren't super quick, but they were focused on quality. Which, is what we sought anyway. The two gentlemen that worked in the home were good-natured and polite. Peter Loconte was the one to personally come and provide the original estimate. He was personable, and his positive attitude and level of attention and care helped his company stand out ahead of the pack of other painters we gathered estimates from. Trust me, there were a bunch. Peter, Manny (site manager), and his team even beat out the local guys who were recommended to us. Although the local guys had the lower price, they refused to do all of the work we were seeking. So, between that fact and how comfortable we felt with Peter we chose P&M and are VERY glad that we did! The only thing I will do next time is be super sure they don't spray paint flecks on the hardware and counters in my bathroom. We didn't notice until after the service had been completed and we began living in the home. Even this small hiccup, we would most definitely use P&M again. They were great.

They did a great job and the house looks wonderful. People in the neighborhood slow down to admire the house and have commented on how great it looks! My only complaint is that when they scraped off the old paint- lots of paint chips were strewn about in the yard. Granted, the paint job was long over due and there was a lot to scrape and sand. Many thanks to the entire team for a good job.

A few bumps along the way. About 2weeks longer than expected. A little messy and required micro-management. However, Manny was responsive to problems that came about and he spoke with his painters and corrected the problems.
