We contacted Oasis Aquascapes and two other installers. Oasis showed up on time for the appointment and provided an estimate the next day as promised. We choose Oasis for the price, most detailed estimate and comfort level. They installed the new sprinkler system in one day. Before they left, they walked through the coverage of each zone and reviewed how the control panel was set up and how to use the system. They cleaned everything up and it almost looked like they were never here. After running the system for a couple of days, we noticed some small areas were not getting watered. We called and they came to make the necessary adjustments.

Jerry came to perform tune-up on my sprinkler system and checked two leaking sprinkler heads. He was professional and explained everything along the way.

I had used them before to open up my sprinkle system. Then I called them again to winterize my sprinkler system. They saved me almost $100 on the job. He was wonderful, professional and very happy to have found him.

He was very professional and took the time to explain everything. Jerry and his team were very professional. Everything was done as discussed and on time. The masonry project looks fantastic! We contacted Oasis Aquascapes and two other providers at the same time. Oasis came out promptly, provided an estimate immediately and was able to install the next day. One other provider came out promptly but was twice as expensive and couldn't install the system for a week or more which was no good for newly planted trees since we were leaving town for vacation. The other provider never showed up when they said they would and then when they finally showed up took a week to get us an estimate. Oasis was a pleasure to work with and as I said they were very prompt but also very courteous and did an extremely professional job with very minimal disruption to our yard, etc. I would highly recommend them.

That was fine. It wasn't a major problem that's why I bought that. I think it was that easy to fix what was wrong. They were fine. The price I thought was good.

Mr. Macchia was prompt, personable and very patient. He went through all the necessary steps to ensure all sprinkler heads were working properly and checked for leakage in the main lines. Mr. Macchia and his team return the next day to make all the necessary repairs. We were so impressed with Jerry and his team that we decided to take out an Irrigation maintenance contract with Oasis Aquascapes.

Replaced 3 sprinkler heads and tested all 9 circuits. Arrived on time. He was incredibly nice. I will use him again.

I needed to get bids to repair my sprinkler system and called 5 different sprinkler system providers. Four called me back, 1 never set up a date and I finally got 3 bids. Two bids were very close in price but I chose to go with Oasis because of Jerry. He represented the company as being very comfortable to work with and I felt very confident he would do a good job. He was always punctual and patience and I totally felt like he knew what he was talking about. Jerry explained things to me several times in ways I would understand what was going to happen. He never showed me any attitude which sometimes happens when you asked to many questions. Jerry had to trace several lines and some were difficult to find but he never gave up. Sometimes it's more difficult to repair a current system then installing a new one but I am very pleased with the results. After everything was installed, he checked the entire system to make sure everything was working. I totally recommend OasisAquascape. You will not be disappointed by their services.

Oasis dug up and replaced my front cement walkway, landing and steps with flagstone. It was in dire need of repair. They installed landscape lighting and plantings along the walkway and in front of my house. What a dramatic difference the landscape lighting makes at night. Jerry and his workers were neat and kept to schedule. I will use them again in the future.

I was not home, Left a number, Jerry called me. He was very professional and helpful on the phone. I got a positve feeling about the interaction. I was especially leary about such companies doing unnecessary work to generate revenue, moreso given that I was not there. Did not get that at all from Oasis Aquascapes.

Jerry the owner was punctual and very polite from the first meeting to the actual day of installation. He described the model and brand of system he would be installing(Hunter Brand) and the number of heads and where he would install them. He went above and beyond to get good quality plumbing parts("Shark Bite" elbows and connectors) to bring a New line to the exterior for the Sprinkler system(even included a Faucet head to that new line). He and his crew of 3 men were professional and worked hard and finished the job in 1 day (which could have easily been a 2 day job). Very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely hire them again for any irrigation jobs.

Jerry was very good to work with. On time, fixed all existing issues, and made sure system was running well before leaving. Will use to close system later this year.

They worked very hard from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday and finished all the work in one day. The system works as advertised and the cost was most reasonable. I will highly recommend this Oasis Aquascapes to anyone who plans to install irrigation system. Hiro

Jerry, the service provider, was pleasant and efficient. He turned on the water, checked the sprinkler heads and adjusted as needed. He set the automatic timer per my request. He was punctual and answered all of my questions.
