Jerry came right on time for the estimate. Then Jerry worked me in before the holidays to get the job done. He came with a large crew and was done in a day and a half. Everything was very neatly done. He also put seed and straw down on a small area in the backyard where I had no grass. Not in the contract and it was very nice he helped me out. I just love the system. Only been in for 10 days and already my grass and plants look better. You can not tell at all where the sprinkler went in, amazing. The sprinkler system saves so much time. I just put in new landscaping and it takes so much time to water new plants now it is all automated. I look forward to working with Jerry and his crew in the future for maintenance and other landscape projects.

Jerry was extremely professional and worked hard to make sure our job was done right. He coordinated with our masonry project to make certain the irrigation system could be seamlessly installed. Jerry was prompt with the bid, was quick with the install, and followed up to teach us to use the system and ensure our new landscaping was adequately irrigated. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Crew came in and did a clean and great job. They added two extra zones to existing sprinklers. They also replaced the old auto timer with a new auto timer that is much easier to use. I couldn't be happier with the service.

They got here on time and started work on the system immediately. When they found problems, they fixed them quickly, went to the next problem until everything was done. The lead worker told me what I should do to make the system work better. There was a charge to fix the leaks - outside of the cost of the check up. These extra costs were reasonable. Workers were professional. The system works fine now.

I was very pleased with this service. The repairmen showed me the broken rotor heads and replaced them on the spot at a fair price. They were on time, professional and pleasant. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to others.

The provider introduced himself and we chatted for a bit. I showed him the sprinkler system monitors/ turn on / off and he then very carefully checked each sprinkler and monitoring station. Jerry then explained that one of the heads was broken and offered to replace it I asked the price and thought it was very fair and told he to go ahead with the replacement. Jerry then set the system and showed me some shortcuts I did not know about such as decreasing watering time without going through a reset. All and all a very pleasant and informative service visit.

I recently hired Jerry and his crew to install a sprinkler system. I chose this company because they were nice, prompt and their price was right in the middle of the 3 quotes I received. Im sad to say my faith was ill placed. They promptly arrived and began trenching out my property. The first red flag was when Jerry complained about working in a finished basement. To stop the complaining I offered to rip out the drywall which he declined. Then, Jerry left to pick up parts he needed to install the plumbing. He was gone for 90% of the install and did not supervise placement of the sprinkler heads. When I inspected the work I found that the placement on 5 heads was improper. I would have to relocate my plantings in order for them not to be overwatered and to not obstruct the water to other parts of the yard. Additionally, his crew did not consider shady spots as opposed to areas that are full sun! Had Jerry been present - in mind and body - we may not have had such an awful experience. Not only has he not returned to fix the problems, he hasn?t returned to confirm his team did/did not do damage to my gutter leads. His failure to return cost me an inspection by a plumber and more cash out of pocket. If you want a smooth project and peace of mind? go elsewhere. NOT WORTH THE STRESS Update: Thanks for the response...the negative experience just keeps coming. Placing sprinkler heads without first consulting with the customer is exactly why I wrote this narrative. You now suggest you proposed a different solution which is false because?. You were never on site!! One zone covering sunny and shady areas is WRONG. Either sunny gets under watered or shady gets over watered - It?s really that simple. And incidentally, you did not lay out the irrigation system your ?foreman? did. Your ?foreman? also did the plumbing work which he is not licensed to perform. The main water line was exactly where I told you it would be - period - and my dogs were not bothered by you during the install so I find it interesting you blame them for the initial meeting. The plumbing was accessible via wall panel which is what your "foreman" used to do the plumbing work so? cry wolf somewhere else. Finally, you emailed me that in fact your crew did cut the PVC and then you back pedaled. Of course Im going to get an inspection. As for the other reviews, they are for startups and winterization which you should stick to. So many bumps?. Use someone else for a smooth INSTALL project.

was fairly quick and efficient with turning on the sprinkler system. identified problem sprinkler heads and a leak. i will use oasis again for when its time to blow the system out and to restart it. please update your comments as i have updated mine as well as raised the ratings for you. I do not want to argue and it is best to remain professional.

Jerry the owner came, gave an estimate or a six zone system and installed it about 2 weeks later. His team showed up EXACTLY at 8am and got to work right away. Working super hard they had the system up and running buy the end of the day. Jerry gave us a rundown of the zones and explained the Hunter controller which is super easy to understand. All grass was put back into place and they cleaned up like it never happened. On one side of the property the grass died in the spots that they trenched for the line ONLY. I point this out because this is to be expected especially at this time of year when the grass is fragile and dormant. Just seed like you should and the grass comes back... and now you have sprinklers! I highly recommend them.

Fine. No problems. It took about 1/2 hour. He also explained that I need some maintenance work done to the system. But not until 2015.

Seemed to go well. We'll be able to tell better when they go back on in the spring!

They were professional, quick, and it certainly looks like all the pipes have been emptied and the system shut down until the spring. I asked about their services for the spring turn on (given I have some broken sprinkler heads) and they had a nice set of information about their services. I would utilize them again.
