McCullough Maintenance

1st year was great. No issues at all. This year is a completely different story. Seems McCullogh contracted my property out and the job isn't getting done. Spoke to one of the workers and he said they were told to only cut the grass and do nothing else. Phone and e-mailed McCullough and got no reply. Next week, same thing, they cut the grass only so I e-mailed again and they finally sent someone out. We walked the property and went over the expectations. Next week the crew did some weeding, cut the grass, and that was it. Refuse from the winter still remains on the property, weeding was never performed again, and now it's time for leaf clean-up. So today the crew comes and blew leaves everywhere, including onto my neighbor's property. When they realized I was watching, they compiled a small pile of leaves to take away. Also, his billing is very strange. We agreed on $120 per month. One month the bill was $125 with no explanation and the next month it was $145 with no explanation. Had enough and had to part ways.
