house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe wanted a thorough cleaning, especially in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. We specifically asked that the dishwasher be gone over, every inch. Well, I ultimately spent three hours on the floor cleaning the disgusting food particles out of the dishwasher gasket because the cleaner failed to do so. Also, the master bath has a jacuzzi. There is no way it was cleaned because when I turned on the jet, black particles came out. I again spend considerable time cleaning it. They assured me that everything was done. obviously, their definition of everything and mine are different. Will not use them again.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned our house prior to moving in.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning was good and customer service was excellent. I had not used them for 2 years because I was out of the country. they remembered me, fit me into their schedule, were prompt and did a good job. Very friendly.
Description of Work: Deep clean of a 2 bedroom duplex apartment. Mopped, vaccumed, dusted, cleaned bathrooms, cleaned kitchen, changed sheets on bed, straightened up (ex. put items in neat piles).
