Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

I know very little about duct cleaning, but the gentleman who came to do the job was friendly, enthusiastic, and seemed to be thorough.

The serviceman was courteous and responsive, he explained the process and was through. He arrived on time and cleaned everything up after.

Move furniture and other items that might block or limit access to vents, saves time

Absolutely no complaints. The man who came out and did the service was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, thorough, and explained what he was doing when asked. He also repaired a hole in our vent system that was there for some reason. Took him a couple hours to get the work done but he was working the entire time. We would work with this company again.

The tech came to do the service but said that since there are 2 furnaces we need to get both of them done. But since the deal was for one furnace, he asked for additional payment which was more than the deal price. We refused and did not get the work done.

Excellent. The gentleman arrived at my door and left his shoes outside, mindful of my home he carried his equipment in carefully, set up and cleaned up when he was done. It was a very professional and excellent service.

Showed up and was very professional and friendly. Explained what would be done, asked me to show him all the vents in the house, and he took it from there. Moved any obstructions in the area of the vents, and cleaned the vents. Inspecting the vents afterwards, everything looked nice and clean. Had to run the fan on the system for a bit afterwards to allow the kicked up dust to settle / get caught by the filter.

Pretty good. All the visible vent looks clean. However, when winter hits, I can still feel some dust allergy. Dust is still lurking somewhere.

I called to check availability and they were able to schedule for the same day! Dan our service technician showed up on time in the window I was given and called 30 minutes in advance. When he was there he walked me through the process and asked me permission any time he needed to access things that were painted shut or the access areas were too small. He vacuumed up after each vent was opened and patched up any duct access points. Overall, it seemed like he was able to rattle the years worth of gunk out of our system.

The guy did a good job and it took about three or four hours. He came out just before Thanksgiving and it was $319 plus I gave them a tip. He did a thorough job and had the equipment. It took a while and he was conscientious. I'm glad that it took fours because, I feel like he did a better job. I think the quality of the work was good. When we were looking for the ducts, we found an extra duct, and he said that we would need to move the furniture. He did the downstairs and upstairs. I thought their price was fair. I had heard a lot of stories about these air duct guys, some do their job, and some don't. This guy came in, did the job, and I was pleased with the work that he did. I got him off of Angie's List.

Joe called ahead of time to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time, friendly and professional. He took his shoes off before he entered the home. It took him about 2 hours to clean all of the vents in our home. We would recommend Lowes in the future.

They were professional from the first phone call. Arrived on time calling within an hour to let me know they would be here at 1. Explained the process before beginning then showed me the progress during the job. Very courteous and professional and I would highly recommend them.
