Description of Work: The person who cleaned and sanitized our air ducts and cleaned the chimney was very courteous, efficient and clean. It took him a little over four hours to do two furnaces and the chimney, but he was happy to do his job (it was a Sunday).

Description of Work: Cleaned all vents and drier vent. He explained everything he was going to do and how was he going to open up the furnace to clean the main duct. Very nice young man and cleaned up after himself. Wasn't in a rush and took his time.

Description of Work: Completely cleaned and sanitized our forced air heating/air conditioning system and the dryer exhaust. This was a huge job (a two story mid-century Colonial with a finished basement). Joe arrived at the specified time and after a walk-through to point out all the vents and returns he set to work. The previous owners had apparently never had this done despite owning several pets. 3 hours later the air was clean and breathable again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vendor. I am very happy with the outcome! Thanks, Angie's List. Thanks, Lowes. And special thanks to Joe for a job well done!

Description of Work: I have not been able to rate the performance of the provider because I have never had this service before. I was surprised when I was scheduling the appointment that it was hard to get it during the daytime. It seemed it had to be on the weekend or after 4 PM on weekdays. I scheduled for 4 PM on a Saturday. | |The serviceman arrived on time and hooked up a machine to my duct system and told me the procedure would take 2 hours which surprised me because the person who scheduled the service said it would take 2 1/2 hrs. The serviceman then sat in his van for 1/2 an hour with the machine running. He also told me they only clean the return lines (7) and blow air into the supply lines (17). He finished the job in 1 hour and 40 minutes. About an hour after he left I found that one of the supply vents had been damaged. I called the provider and the vent was replaced in about 3 days. | |Because I have not had this service before I did not know what to expect and was disappointed in what was done. | | |
