Description of Work: The tech came at 5:45 pm for a window of 4-6 pm. He was not very friendly. I had to ask him to show me the before and after video of the duct and he only showed me of one that too taken by his phone. He showed me the video of one duct after it was cleaned. What was annoying was that he was tossing things around. We have wooden floors and I was worried that he would damage them. To be fair maybe it was too late in the day for him as well.

Description of Work: Very professional. Though I am still having a hard time in understanding how they were able to clean all the air ducts by simply pushing pressured air from the vent openings. Hopefully it worked, otherwise it's definitely overpriced. So far I really can't tell the difference.

Description of Work: Lowe's came to clean our air ducts. |they were responsive and did everything as promised. The person that came for us explained the process and confirmed the time it would take. He showed us a video / pictures of the dirtiest area of ducts before and after. He did try to sell us on foaming up the ducts and house to kill all bacteria. Did not make sense to me, especially when we have a toddler at home, and when I looked it up online I found that it was not really that useful or good. There was also an error with the billing - I had paid in advance and was asked to pay again. I made a comment to this effect, but ended paying again because I couldn't find a receipt. This was however promptly corrected and I was reimbursed quickly. Overall, service was good.

Description of Work: A team of two men arrived at 9:15AM (45 minutes late). They called and said they were running late. They arrived to clean my air ducts and the dryer vent. They indicated the job would take approximately two hours. | |The two men worked together: one taping the ducts in each room to lessen the amount of dust in my home and the other cut an opening in my central unit to extract the dust. They were careful in bringing in the large machine that would collect the dust. They also took their shoes off before beginning the work (I was happy about this). | |They cleaned the air ducts and the dryer vent. The entire job took two hours. They were very pleasant, neat and professional. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing. Great job!

Description of Work: Some upfront scheduling problems but aside from that the service was excellent. The man who did the work was very very detailed. Asked great questions, ended up also cleaning out our dryer duct too at his suggestion. We have 3 HVAC systems in the house and he stayed very late and never rushed.
