Description of Work: I purchased the voucher and tried to schedule the service call. In my conversation with the provider he mentioned that since I had gotten an air duct cleaning last year, there would be no significant difference if I got it again in a span of a year. He went ahead to suggest either I keep the coupon for a year or ask for a refund.

It did not go at all.
Description of Work: Angie's list and provider both fell seriously short in this case. Booked the service but when no one contacted I had to chase the provider and Angies for an explanation. I found out from the provider that they no longer provide service in our county. I wish they had told me that as soon as the service was booked. Also the business still comes up in our area and their promotional offer is being advertised as one of the most bought services in our town. Now Angies List is taking their sweet time processing refund and according to their email it might take up to 15 days. Just hoped for more professionalism all around. But other than that AL is an excellent service and the service provider has excellent ratings. Just make sure you do not book them if you are in Nassau or Suffolk county.
