Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

It was fine. The only thing that happened was, like, they blew a fuse in the house. They completed the job in 2 hours. The pricing was pretty good.

The representative was extremely polite, and very professional. He made sure to ask me where each air vent was to make sure he got everything. He was focused on his job which made him efficient and it was not an inconvenience at all to have him there.

Couldn't be more pleased with this service, especially for the Angie's list price! The tech depressurized my main trunk lines and then forced air and a cleaning tool into every duct register in the house and up into the trunk line. This was a very thorough undertaking and very legitimate as a procedure. Serious, actual cleaning was taking place and it was also sucked into a sealed air chamber machine they brought up the second floor of the house. I was surprised and impressed. When done, I checked each register and the trunk line and they were like brand new. Fantastic.

Excellent service. They showed up on time, worked extremely diligently at cleaning all the vents and the main ductwork. Cleaned up after themselves and did a very thorough job. We moved into our house 2 years ago and it was evident that the ducts had never been cleaned. The system is working 1000x better! They cleaned and sanitized all of my ductwork and grilles.

I guess it was okay but he didn't do it all, he said it was only for one. So it was kind of a little disappointing. He didn't do all the vents. They said it was unlimited and that was my impression also, but he didn't do it all, he just did one. I think I told you that they did come out...they were busy so it was not within the first week, it was within a couple of weeks. I guess they did a good job. You don't see what they do actually but I was disappointed with the limits in the Deal. It wasn't what I expected. He was efficient as far as I could see. He knew what he was doing and what he wanted to do so it looked okay but I really wouldn't know. You can't see it is a job well done like a yard. It is very difficult to say, I would rather leave that out. I was just annoyed that they didn't do the full job.

The technician didn't come on time. Upon arrival, they didn't seem too knowledgeable and was rushing to get the job done. I had to point out all the vents and they didn't want to clean inside vents.

It went well. I had to reschedule the service twice because my house was not ready for the cleaning. Lowes was very accommodating about those rescheduling. They gave a call half an hour prior to the arrival. During the job, they walked us through the process. It was a smooth experience.

The man was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Scheduling was a bit hard. Waited about 3-4 weeks before he came. He was nice enough to change my AC filter. (I paid for it) Overall great experience.

This was by far the easiest thing I have done to the house. I believe Lowe's provided the service. It was very inexpensive, the guy came on time and the job was fast. I highly recommend.

Joe was a hard worker. Process was 2 and half hours. I had 17 vents 2 returns and a dryer vent. Highly recommend.

Was expecting something more high tech and through for the price quoted. I could have connected one of those swirly tentacle thingies to my vaccum and done the same. Over priced for the service offered. Maybe if you had a whole office building, the price makes sense.
