Description of Work: Lowes duct cleaning did a fair job. They were very responsive and the person who showed up really tried his best and spent a good 5 hours or so. However it just felt that the whole duct cleaning process was underwhelming. It essentially involved a vacuuming of the vent register covers (which were clean anyways) and then they cut a big hole into the main return duct and attached a shop vac. In the end, not much dirt was pulled out which is surprising as the house is 20 years old and has never had duct cleaning done. So not sure if this cleaning really made any difference. However no complaints with Lowes itself.

Description of Work: The service provider came on time and he was very professional. He explained what he was going to do. He also took before and after photos so I could see the mess and dust that had accumulated in my air ducts. He completed the job very well and he left zero mess. I'd definitely use them again.
