Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

This was for a rental unit. My tenant scheduled the date of the appointment and monitored the work. Per the tenant Lowe's did a good job and that she was surprised that it took longer time to do the job than she expected.

Provider was on time and went right to work. He was courteous and friendly. He opened a new vent in the side of a main pipe and set up his vacuum. He removed the return vents (two) and used a tool to clean that short section of pipe. He also blew air through each of the heat registers to loosen up any dust while his vacuum was running.. He did not remove any registers or clean any other piping. I was disappointed in that but guess that a more complete job would cost much more.

Overall it was good but I was disappointed that he did not clean out the actual ducts. He just blew air into the vents but did not actually sweep out the ducts. That was what I was expecting. The guy was nice and overall did a nice job with what he did.

Save yourself the trouble. Hire a company that has reviews on BBB and doesn't offer Deals. There is a saying you get what you pay for, in my case I got less than what I paid for. I was never shown before and after pictures. There was mess everywhere. Save your money and use your vacuum to clean, it will be much better than what you'll get with this company. After they so called cleaned, I was pulling dirt out of the vents. Most of the vents were not even removed.

It went pretty well. He took off his shoes at the door and was pretty clean. The price was average and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. He was very helpful and did a good job explaining everything to me.

I have two separate units and they cleaned both, God only knows when was the last time it was done! they really took their time and did a great job.

The technicians were on time, confirmed that time, were very polite and did a wonderful job. They used shoe covers and left my home immaculately clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

It took about four hours, and it included vacuuming the outer surfaces and just inside all of the air duct surfaces. We have a 4 story home, 2700 sq ft. Some air duct cleaners just vacuum but this was a full cleaning through the entire duct infrastructure, including our dryer vent. Very knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful. Absolutely recommend.

They were really good. They were straightforward. They went over the whole process of how they'd be removing the debris form the ducts and they had a couple of recommendations for hand filters for us. They did it for 2 hours.

The Lowe's service mechanic arrived well within the window given by his scheduler. He would have arrived even earlier except that our condo is extremely difficult to find. But one phone call and there he was. He explained what he would be doing and I told him about a time problem I had, which he accommodated by working efficiently and fast. He hauled in a large wind machine and a shopvac, plus necessary hoses and canvas protective sheets. He removed the vent coverings, cleaned them, and put them back. He showed us the vibrating wire plunger that he inserted into the ducts to shake out dust clinging to the metal sides of the ducts. He was pleasant, courteous, and didn't waste a minute. I didn't accompany him to our attic where the furnace is, but I understand he somehow attached the large vacuum to the furnace end of the heating vents. Anyway, we were very pleased, and would use Lowe's again. In fact, only the time factor prevented us for putting him to work on our dryer vent on the spot.

They were right on time, very professional in their work and manners. They spotter a safety hazard with the dryer machine duct and offered to change it They were very nice and cautious with my kids being around Job was done throughly and efficiently

Our "One Unit" has 22 ducts and 11 intakes, so this job was much bigger than usual, which made the price very attractive to us. I feared that they might rush through and cut corners because the job was so big and tedious but that didnt happen at all. The technicians came over and, to my surprise, took their time and performed an excellent job. They even took photos and showed me the before and after result. They were very knowledgable and remained professional throughout the entire day that it took to get it all done. They had the upmost respect for our home and privacy while moving through the rooms and ensured that they didn't track dust anywhere. I was most impressed when I asked for quotes for other work that I thought we needed but they informed us that it didn't need to be done yet, but pointed out some other obvious things that we needed to take care of that I had overlooked. They definitely won me over on trust.

I need my work done urgently, but I did not get timely response for scheduling. I tried to contact the service provider but maybe due to holiday season, so no one is on service to return my call, so I have to cancel this deal.

It's not something you can really see the effects of but the air coming out of the ducts does seem fresher. It was a pretty inexpensive service, considering that I have gotten estimates from other companies for over a thousand dollars. I was pleased with the service and the cost overall.

The technician was polite and explained everything he was doing. He was considerate and efficient. I will use them again.

The technician, Constatine, called around 7:30 am to give me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was a consummate professional throughout the job. He explained the services he was going to perform and even provided me with before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY use this company again!

They were good and they were punctual. The scheduling was very easy and they called me back the same day to give me some options. They got the job done in about 3 hours. The workers were good and very professional. I feel I got a good value for the money.

They cleaned our air vents. Everything but the scheduling was great. It was difficult to get an appointment. We waited weeks to fit into their schedule.

They were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. The guy came out when I scheduled it. He did some extra service for me that badly needed to be done. He tried desperately for that service but it was very reasonable. He charged $60 and I agreed to the price; it wasn’t a surprise.
