Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Marko arrived on time and all went well. Very nice man and answered all my questions.

Our unit is located in a downstairs crawlspace with limited access through our garage and the provider was unable to get his machine into the space to perform the service. He recommended that we contact Angie's List in regards to a refund, which we have done. This is no reflection upon the provider, our house just limited his ability to perform the service. He was really nice and courteous while in our home.

It went very well. We purchased his Big Deal package. He did all of the work properly and explained what needed done and how to keep it clean longer. He was very courteous and had a very nice presentation.

Everything went good except I thought he was going to open also the out put vents and put the tool in that sort of works like a roater rooter and knocks off all the dust build up in those vents, but all he did was spray air in those vents. The intake vents he did with that tool and I saw results in the vaccum and also when he emptyed it. I would use this person again, however I think he should do the same to the out put vents has he did to the intake vents with that special tool. Thank You

The service was fine. They were on time and did what was expected. We asked about additional work but they were not able to do what we wanted. However, they were honest and up front about it which we appreciated. They cleaned up well and it took about a hour and a half to complete the job.

One man did everything in about 2 hours, with minimal noise and disruption. He took before and after photos of the ducts, showing the removal of dust and debris. We had this done to alleviate family members' allergy symptoms. While not gone entirely (and I didn't expect them to be) we are all much better.

They were a little bit expensive but the work was done very well. They were very professional. I may not use them because of the price.

Overall the service was good. However, we called and asked beforehand if we needed to pay more because we have two units/systems, and they said no. However, when the service technician arrived we were informed that the Angies List special only was for one system and we had to pay more. We would have gone with someone different had we known this in advance.

Took a bit of time to set up the appointment. They were very punctual once we worked out an actual time. The person that did the work was very professional, explained what he was doing and was very clean.

They were good. They came when they said they would and they were on time. They were nice guys.

Simply awesome! They arrived early, which I like. They were clean and organized. They carefully went through the entire house cleaning every return. After each return was clean they cleaned the area around the return so that there was no dust or dirt on the floor. They performed the work on a Sunday and they did not rush or cut any corners. When it comes time to have the vents cleaned in my house again these are the only people I will be calling. I have recommended them to friends and family. I hope that they provide the same level of service they gave me to all their customers.

They were on time, honest and conducted themselves very well. They advised they do not work on my type of system but they did note that a cleaning would not be necessary at this point.

Original date had to be rescheduled. Had no problem doing so. They called the same day to tell us when they were coming and then called when they were on their way. When they got here they took their shoes off, acted very professional and took care not to disturb anything other then what they worked on. Cleaned up after they were done. Showed before and after picture. Seemed to be very thorough.

Put on sheets so that HW and carpets do not damaged. Very professional. Even cleaned up all the lint from dryer that fell on the ground outside. Very nice guy and was extremely polite. Showed all the pictures before and after.

I was contacted on 3rd day after purchase, set the appointment with Alex who was very nice and the tech was Constantine, who was so thorough and pleasant to work with. Would definitely ask for him!

The guy did a great job. He showed up on time. And he really took his time clean each vent. There was no mess when he left. Great job. Will hire again.

It was good. I would recommend them. I think the price is fair. The quality of service seemed okay, but it's not something you can actually see.
