Best air vent cleaning our house has ever had. A gent named Slava did a first rate job. He spent lots of time cleaning and putting back each vent perfectly. No dirt, and now no dust. I couldn't recommend Slava and Lowe's Air Duct cleaning more highly.

I called on a Wednesday and they came out the next day. Salla did an outstanding job cleaning the vents. He should me pictures of before and after, which were incredible but most importantly he was a neat as can be. I would highly recommend and plan to use them in the future!!!

Once all the work was done I purchased the duct cleaning from Lowes using the coupon deal they promoted on this site. I then called and they to scheduled me for the service promptly . They called ahead the day before to confirm the appointment, they then called the day of the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The technician showed up on time and was very polite, and even took is shoes off to work in the house. He did a very thorough job and kept me informed each step of the cleaning process. He even put a camera into the ducts to take before and after photos. I would highly recommend this company, and will you them again in the future.

Lowe's came to my home in June 2016 to clean my ducts to take care of a dust issue that I was having. The problem still persisted. I followed up with them about it and without question they came and redid the entire job very graciously for no charge. I would gladly recommend Lowe's for their service and professionalism.

Upon booking, someone from Lowe's called to make and confirm the appointment for 8am a week later on a Wednesday. The morning of, I got a call at 7:40am to expect them at 8 and the technician arrived right on time. We walked through my duplex apartment and reviewed all the areas that would require service. The technician explained the equipment he would be using and bringing in the house, and was able to answer any questions I had. He even offered some suggestions for improving the air quality/positioning of my air filters on my HVAC system that I had been previously unaware of. The cleaning job was extremely careful and thorough, and I definitely won't be putting this off for years before my next appointment! Overall, great communication, great service, and glad to have the peace of mind of breathing clean air and having an efficiently running HVAC and dryer system!

They've always done a good job. This is my second time using them and they're very proficient and I will be using them again in the future. I was very satisfied with it. They did a great job explaining everything, inspecting my unit and everything was perfect. They were very punctual. They showed up when they said they were going to show up, which was good and they called ahead of time. They're very, very professional. The young man that I dealt with was very professional in what he wanted to do. They do a pretty good job. They may want to advertise because there is other services that are out there that is costing a lot more than their service and do not do a good job. So, I think for the price that I spent it was very cost efficient.

it was not done effectively as my duct is not a solid one. so that person told he wont be able to use brush to clean it as it would damage that hose. so he blowed the air. i just felt that i have paid more for this work.

It went quite well. Our house hadn't been lived in, in over 2 years and the duct system was quite dirty and they did a good job of cleaning it out. The service man also made recommendations of how to keep up with the filters and possibly contacting someone about balancing out the system.

Joe called me to say he was on his way. He arrived on schedule and explained everything to me. He accessed my house then went straight to work. During the process I had some questions and he politely answered everything to my satisfaction. I have a 3 story townhouse and It took about 2 & 1/2 hours from start to finish. Without me asking he took his shoes off when he entered the house, that was great. There was a little clean up I had to do afterwards. Some dust will come out of the vents when they are located in the ceiling but, not much. After the sanitizing the house smelled so fresh and clean! It was nice of Joe to want to move my furniture back but I had him leave it. I still had spring cleaning to do. Before the ducts were cleaned, when I dusted the furniture, the dust returned by the next day. My husband and I were always sneezing. It's been 4 days and no dust or sneezing, we're happy!
