Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Seemed to have gone very weel. The provider was punctual, service was scheduled for between 2pm & 4pm, he arrived shortly after 2, finished up within a couple of hours. No mess was left anywhere, really no signs that he was there. My wife was away on business, but when she came home she could notice the difference even though she was not aware of the cleaning.

They did a thorough job as per my tenants. She was very happy. Everything worked out well, and they were punctual, and professional. She had to change the appointment once or twice, and they were very accommodating.

I also did 2nd unit after looking their work.

It was overall great. Very good ppl.

The work was done carefully and slowly. The tech explained everything. He removed his shoes when entering and everything was carefully cleaned after he was finished. Only minor issue is that a few dampers were shut closed as he pulled out the air lines. These should have been reopened for maximum airflow. The good news is that I didn't realize the ducts had hidden dampers because they were at least a foot or so into the duct; never noticed them. When we reopened all of them we had much better airflow than before. We even found out our "problem" room over the garage was now heated to normal room temp--something that hadn't happened since we moved in. We installed a new HVAC air cleaner the next day in the furnace and we're now confident the air we're breathing is a lot cleaner now.

They cut into the system that I was not prepared for, it made me a bit nervous, but Joe did a thorough job. My dryer vent was terrible. He really tried to please and accommodate me.

Crew was professional, courteous and did quality work

The technician was courteous and professional. The cleaning was competent. Unfortunately, the tech's foot must have slipped and he put his foot through the trap door leading up to the attic. An unfortunate accident, but annoying nonetheless. I was offered and accepted a small discount on the price.

The service was excellent. They accommodated the crazy schedule we had with everything going on around the house from painting, to removing popcorn ceiling and more. One technician came in and walked the whole house with me and identified and told me what he was going to do. After about two hours he showed me the dirty filter along with the furnace. The house we bought was built in the 60's and probably the last time they cleaned the ducts was about 10 years ago. Overall the service was what I expected.

Against my wife's wishes, I chose this company based on the reviews on Angie's list. Though the gentleman that came was very amicable, we can't say the same about his work. We could tell which vents he "cleaned" based on the vent dust balls we found on the floor. A bigger issue surfaced having to do with the dryer vent. He was asked by my wife to be careful when inserting the vacuum wand through the dryer vent opening because of an elbow connection on that vent.. After he left, my wife noticed that there was no exhaust coming out of the dryer vent. When we got to the opening outside the house we found a lot of dust from the vent on the paver patio area where the vent comes out. We took pictures for reference. He just emptied out what ever he found in the dryer vent on to the paver patio. The bigger problem was that he had disconnected an elbow connection from the dryer to the outside vent. That connection was inside the wall! We had to break though the sheet rock to fix the situation. Something that should not have happened had he been more careful; as he had been asked to be. We have our vents cleaned on a yearly basis and this is the first time we have had a problem with cleanliness and the dryer vent elbow being disconnected. Coach Rod

Good deal for duct cleaning, all went very well, would use them again any time.

That service turned out good. Two employees came out and it took them about 3-4 hours to complete. They did their job well.

The staff was friendly and professional, they arrived on time for the appointment, and they didn't make a mess while working. However, we had to reschedule several times, and the technician forgot to reopen the vents after the cleaning which was inconvenient.

We seemed to have a lot of dust during heating season. This cleanout helped immensely.

They guy that came was very nice, but I did not think he did as good of a job as he should have. I had to change my filter every 3 days for things that were missed. I had to cancel my appointment a few times and they were fine with that. They got the job done in about 3 hours. They sent one person out do the job.

Marko spent three hours, and did superb job cleaning the vents and vacuuming the dust from my heating/air conditioning system. Excellent and very professional job.

Marcus arrived on schedule and cleaned the ducts for two air conditioning units in the attic, vents and dryer vent. He did a terrific job and provided tips on the type of air filter to use for the return vents. The two air conditioning handlers were in the attic and the access was through a small door in the garage. Although, the units were difficult to access, he did not complain and completed the job well and to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again and also refer Lowe's duct cleaning to our friends. Thank you.

Just fanstastic. explained everything and show me exactly how they were cleaning the ducts. took a total of 2 hours to get everything done. nothing was rushed

contractor was on time for the appointment. did the job well within the time frame . would recommend this contractor to all customers who need duct cleaning.

It seemed like it really helped. It was a bit of a beast to schedule though.
