Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

I purchased a deal on Angie's at a very good price. Constantine was easy and flexible about scheduling, including finding a date that also worked for our neighbor (attached townhouses). They called in advance, came on time and worked quickly, carefully and cleanly. We were very satisfied and have already recommended Lowe's to others in our development.

They were clean, professional and worked without stopping. We had some pleasant conversation and they explained how and what they were doing and why it should be of every cleaned out every 2-3 years.

The serviceman was punctual and was a nice guy. He efficiently cleaned all of the feed and return ducts and inspected the furnace. All work was professionally done. When he was done he inspected the dryer duct which was a mess. He sold me a $99 dryer service. A thorough cleaning was performed as well as a repair to a bad joint in the ilne. High Praise and I would definately recommend this service to anyone !!!

Sergh called before he arrived, was on time, looked over the job, and gave a time estimate that was spot-on (2 hours). He did a good job, was pleasant - even cheery! - and effective. We're just moving into this house, and it looked like the ducts had not been cleaned in decades - so he had a lot of dirt to remove. We liked him and the service Lowe's provided.

It was fine. It's hard to tell because you don't really see what they actually do but it seemed like he did a good job. He's polite. It's good to contact them to find out what you need to do before they come with moving stuff. They didn't let me know some of the stuff so I moved around when he was here but I could have just been more ready for him.

The process went very smoothly. The whole process took close to 4 hours since the air ducts hadn't been cleaned in years (or ever). The technician was great and explained things along the way. He also took pictures of the work he was doing and showed me before and after pics. The dryer vent was originally just supposed to be cleaned, but the technician found that it was damaged and fed into a plastic vent in the wall, which is a fire hazard. He stayed longer to replace the vent, even though he was running late for his next appointment. All in all, I was very happy.

Tech came in on time, as scheduled. Entered the premises and performed a quick walk through to locate all duct work and vents and access to them (to minimize service time I had moved all my furniture away from the vents beforehand). We have nearly 30 vents and one blower unit. Serzh, the tech, was very efficient and diligent in his work. He took care to minimize the dust while working and cleaned up after. I will be happy to use them again.

One person came, he was a bit out of sorts not sure if he was new to the work. generally nice and showed me pictures of the before but forgot to show the after, vents were taped up. Did not clean after work was complete requiring, vacuuming and sweeping at each vent cleaned.

Showed up on time, worked fast, and did a great job. What more could you ask?

The guy was professional and did an excellent job. He also helped clean the dryer vent and fixing couple of other ducts that were broken.

Sergeii was very very thorough, professional and meticulous. The vents were not cleaned for over 12 years. They were extremely dirty. Sergeii cleaned thoroughly - they were literally shining!

Joe, was great, it was a great change to have someone that new had to do their job without any help, He was very clean and knew what he was doing, I highly reccomend him and this service, my ducts were filthy.

It was a good experience. I contacted them via Angie's list. I sent them a message to the service provider and then a local agent from their company called us and setup the appointment and then the person who provides service in the area that we live in he came down for the duct cleaning and he was really good. When he came in and he cleaned the duct he said that that they had not been cleaned in a long time so he said it was good thing. We didn't really get a chance to compare before and after we wanted to make sure that everything was clean again before we moved in with our baby. I know he had to try really hard to clean some of the duct but then in doing so he kind of did some damage to the walls. I mean we understand its a part of the process because he had some trouble going into the vents. He could have been a little more careful.

The job was professional and thoroughly done! My daughter and myself were very happy with the job that was performed! I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
