Professional, thorough service. Would recommend

It went well. The service provider was pleasant, showed us the horrendous amount of dust in our vents, appeared to be thorough, and cleaned up after himself.

Overall great work, he came promptly, did his job independently and was very friendly and professional. Once he cleaned up the dryer vent, we felt that the dryer was working more efficiently and only required one run vs. two. Will look to hire him again if needed.

Service lasted about 3 hours. Tech Sergei was very informative and professional. Great Service.

I've had my vents cleaned before since I've been a homeowner in the past 10 year. Or so I thought. Not one company ever took the time that Serge took from Lowes. He was in my house for hours and showed me w/ a camera all of the dust accumulation in my vents before he cleaned and then the after shot where they were fully cleaned. I've had vents stuck on my walls for years. he was careful and cut around them to get them off for me as to not ruin the walls. ALL round A+. I will use them again from now on.

The Company contacted us after our purchase through Angie's list. We made an appointment for the Sunday over Memorial Day weekend. The service person called before showing up and was in time. He went through the house and inspected each vent before commencing work. He was very organized, neat and thorough. He did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent which required going up to the attic crawl space. It turns out there was water in the vent which he cleaned out. My dryer now works great and we were very happy with his work.

It went smooth. The provider was friendly and did what he was hired to do.

They did a great job. It was a one man crew and he took great care and sealed up the house nicely. He also showed me the video from inside the ducts before and after. Took him about 6 hours total for 2 units. Great Job!

I am very disappointed with the service. I choose this company for air duct cleaning by looking the reviews at angie's list but in my case they are misleading. The scheduling process was nice and people were very cooperative. The guy came half hour late but he informed me earlier so it is a good thing. He was nice and knowledgeable. He told me that he needs 2hours to finish the job. He brought a big suction machine and made hole of 4inch in main return trunk line of the furnace and put a pipe of 12inch and connected to the machine. He turned on the furnace fan so suction get more powerful. That machine is not at all powerful because I turn off the furnace fan and tested at one of the return vent and found that there is no suction at all. I went the suction machine and saw that it was running at low speed. i told him to increase the speed and he told that it will trip the breaker so i told him that it is 30A line and it won't trip. But he did not listen. He was using the rotating brush to clean the return vent but he was only putting it down up to 3ft. While cleaning the return vents near the ceiling, he didn't remove the access panels. He was simply using the forced air to clean the access panels. Once return vents are done without the proper suction, he made another hole in the vent trunk line near furnace and connected the suction machine and this time he increase the speed of the machine but still I feel that it is not even powerful at all to create a good suction power in the whole trunk line. He started cleaning vents now, only for two vents he removed access panels and for rest of them he simply blow air from outside to clean it and created mess on the floor (They told me at the time of appointment confirmation that you don't need to do any prep because no dust is going to come out). He never put rotating brush in the vent to clean sub trunk lines. Now once everything is done, i took pictures of main trunk line and found that it is not at all clean. I showed him the picture and told him to clean. He was saying that your trunk line is having rust and it is rust particles that he is not able to clean. It was white kind of powder mixed with dust and lint. I told him to use rotating brush to clean. He went outside and talked with someone and then he told me that he will make another two holes to clean it. He used rotating brush to clean the trunk line and he was able to clean it up to some extant but not completely clean. He tried his best to clean the system but since he is using poor suction machine and other tools, he took almost 4.5 hours to clean the system. Forget to mention, he forget to clean 1 or 2 vents. At the end, it is not properly clean. Anyway it is waste of money. If you have extra money and want to throw out then use this company to clean your the duct system.

Lowe's provided excellent service all round at a reasonable price. We purchased the house two years ago, but I don't think the units and ducts had been vacuumed for at least a decade. Needless to say, there was a lot of dirt and dust. But Lowe's dealt with it with no problem at all. The whole thing took four hours and I think was worth every penny. I would definitely use Lowe's again when the time comes and recommend them unreservedly. (Note: Clean your units and ducts every couple of years . . . )

The tech, Serge, seemed very efficient and knowledgeable. He called beforehand to let me know he was running late due to traffic. He explained the procedure and showed me how it worked. He also showed me the cleaned ducts and the dust he collected in the procedure. I was very happy with the service. I do think that it should be explained to customers that in cleaning the ducts some dust from the vents may escape the system and end up in the home and that in taking the grills off the walls some debris may fall onto the floor. This is especially true with ceiling vents. Overall I would use the service again. I will be interested in seeing if there is less dust in the house as the air conditioning season begins. Several weeks have passed since my initial review and I would like to amend it. The service included a dryer vent cleaning. A few days ago the vent hose started to separate from the vent pipe that.goes through the wall. The clamp connecting the vent hose was not properly attached to the exhaust vent pipe. Two days ago the vent hose became totally disconnected from the dryer. I re-attached both connections. Make sure your dryer vent hose is properly re-connected. I might downgrade my review of the service to a B .

The employee, his name was Jano was EXTREMELY professional, ON TIME, courteous, took his shoes off before entering the house, cleaned up his mess & I couldn't even tell he was there. All of my vents through out the house were painted onto the walls & I was nervous he was going to ruin the Sheetrock removing the vents. To my surprise he didn't ruin one wall and replaced them neatly with out any damage. Thank you Jano !!! I would definitely recommend & use them again.

I recently purchased a condo that the prior owner/tenant ran the HVAC system without a filter. I wanted to make sure it was all clean and clear. Lowes came today right on time and performed the cleaning. Fast professional and neat. I am pleased.

Sergh was on time and explained all the work that he was doing. He was very neat and cleaned everything when he was finished. He also gave good recommendations for the future.

The service provider arrived on time, took measures to avoid getting any dirt in my house and was friendly and knowledgeable. The job was finished within the time estimated.

The tech was polite and friendly, arrived on time (given the 2hr window). Upon arrival, I showed him all the vents and returns in the house. It took him about 3 hours to complete the job, which is normal given my past experiences. However, after he left, I noticed that he has missed a couple of them. It'll probably be more helpful if the tech took notes on where and how many vents/returns are in the house and go through each of them accordingly. Other than that, I have no other complaints.
