The technician spent at least two hours to thoroughly clean all the vents. My apartment is a on the 3rd floor (two full flights of stairs) and he dragged this huge machine (size of a 2 industrial-sized trashcans) up the stairs. And it was heavy. He was knowledgeable and shared helpful information. He cleaned up after himself so my house was very clean when he left. He was friendly, but did not waste my time talking while he was working. Very good experience overall.

The team of two men arrived on time. They brought in all the equipment and had to move a few things around in the attic and did so without complaining. They worked quickly and efficiently but were very courteous and pleasant.

Did an excellent job, very thorough and professional. Kept me informed about schedule and arrived when he said he would. I appreciate that he went through house and made sure that all outtake and intake ducts were vacuumed. Was neat and careful.

The appointment was too hard to make. The earliest available one was almost 2 weeks from the order date. I should have checked their availability before making an order. My house is about 3100 sq ft with 18 vents. The guy went up to attic and said there are two units. I only bought for one unit from Angie's list. So I have to pay additional on site to cover the other unit. In the end, I paid much more than if I have chosen a local contractor who charge by number of vents.

ice Joe arrived on time. He went around to check the equipment that were to be serviced and planned accordingly. Before starting the work he explained exactly what he would be doing and how it would be performed. He was thorough in his work and detailed as well. He went through each AC vent cleaned it thoroughly pushing the dust and dirt to the main duct where all the dust was being sucked out of. He was honest with his advice and very reliable. The work performed was of high quality I would be seeking other services that they have to offer in future if they have discounts.

Went great! From the start the laborer (sorry, I forgot his name) was very courteous - got hung up in NY traffic but called to let me know...from the time he got here till he left he was very professional and did a thorough job even though I bought the "big deal" on Angies List." Hasn't been long enough to tell if Furnace is working more efficiently but seams so...very happy with over-all service.

Turned up early, cleaned up after their work and had no complaints. very professional and felt comfortable with them in my house.

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning were very professional. they came on time and were very courteous. I initially hired them to clean up one system and when we made the appointment I asked if they can clean a second system. We agreed for an extra charge of $199 for my central A/C (well worth it). They cleaned both my central Air and my heat Furnace (the system itself, the ducts, vents and returns). They left the house spotless with no dust anywhere. It might sound a little pricy but well worth it since there are no hidden fees or pricing games for a job well done. The only concern I had was that my appointment was 4 weeks out but was worth the waiting...

The Service Provider did come as he mentioned. There was an initial confusion on the timelines but once we reported on the web about the service schedule confirmation they responded immediately and confirmed with the time and date the technician will come. Our services were provided by Serge(pardon me if the name spelled wrongly) , very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing. All the vents were cleaned and everything was done very clean and non messy way. Serge was also helpful in guiding with any structural faults and educated us about it. Overall good job done.

Constantly kept me informed of time of arrival, which was nice. The gentleman who was doing the work was very polite, and knew what he was doing. Cleaned our vents, and didn't leave any mess or clean up behind for me. Sadly its not a service I need regularly, but I know who to call when I do need someone. Would recommend them to my parents, and close friends. Great job.

This is for a 3 bedroom home. Shows up at the home and claims that the heating and A/C are two separate units and vents in the house should be treated as two separate units. Demands an additional $199 to start the job. We have had other companies like Sears etc do this work before for a number of years on our previous 4 bedroom home with 2 zone AC/Heating they have never changed their quote nor made demands for additional money. Seems like Loews does not have good contractors under its management and does not supervise the overall process. Very disappointed in the way the whole process was handled. Why would any one think they can get away with such behavior. Do not recommend these guys.

I had spoken to the company a few times on the phone before they came to the house, and they were very responsive and easy to work with. They offered a few discounted add-ons which are not part of a normal duct cleaning, and I felt they were necessary for my house. The company showed up a few hours late (because of heavy traffic) however, I was notified and we worked out an agreed time. Once the guy arrived, he was working non-stop throughout the cleaning process, and it took close to 4 hours to do the entire job. He was easy to talk to, and was very knowledgable about the procedure. My only gripe is that it seemed a little expensive for such a simple job. My house is smaller, and all of the ducts are very close to each other. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this company, and they did a very nice job.
