Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

It went pretty good. The technician refused to take off his shoes and argued with my daughter in the beginning. We had booties for him, but he just performed the work in socks instead, which was okay with us. (He insisted it was a hazard not wearing his shoes, which could have been the case, but why not wear the booties). Besides that, the job was done very well! We would use Lowe's again! They also cleaned out my daughter's vents earlier in the summer....no problem with taking off the shoes.

The man that was here, Joe, did everything he could to try and see if he could get the situation rectified, He was willing to do whatever he could to help me, but with the equipment they had it was just not feasible.

The person you did the work (Joel) was on-time and professional. After I walked him through the house, he started right away and finished in the time he promised. He explained everything and gave us helpful feedback on our system. I plan to use the service again.

Everything went perfectly. Joe, the duct cleaner, was on time and professional. He did a great job of cleaning all of our ducts and pointed out that our furnace filter needed to be changed. He thoroughly explained everything that he was doing. We most highly recommend Lowe's Duct and Air Cleaning, and at $250 (we have a three floor town-house) it was a super bargain!

Arrived on time, was very professional and did a thorough job. The dryer vent was piped up through the roof and was difficult to reach. Sergi did an excellent job in getting to it. I would recommend using this service.

One o/f the best home improvement/home maintenance companies I've ever utilized. Sergey, the tech, was pleasant and professional. He cleaned up after himself, did a phenomenal job, and did not attempt to upsell. My house smells clean and fresh, there is a notable decrease in the amount of dust in our home, and our HVAC system seems to be working much more efficiently.

Sergio was courteous and did a good job. We just had work done in the basement and we wanted to remove any dust that may have got into the vents due to the construction.

It went great. He told us what he was going to do and did it. It did take around 2 hours which he said it probably would. We had never had our vents cleaned in 40 years.

We are very happy with Lowe's service (Joe is the technician). The work is professionally done. Joe first explained to us the whole process, then he cut open the duct close to the furnace and attached a big vacuum. He then cleaned all the vent in our house (more than 20). To our surprise, he vacuumed out all sorts of weird things from the air duct which are probably left by the previous house owner. We feel much relieved to know that we have clean air duct now.

The workers called before they arrived and once there, got right to work. They were very professional and made sure to put everything back in its place once they were finished. My only complaint is that the dryer exhaust wasn't put back securely but I was able to reattach it after a few tries. I was happy with their work.

IT COULD OF GONE BETTER IN MY OPINION IF THEY ONLY HAD A BIT OF CONSIDERATION ABOUT HAULING HOSES THROUGH MY HARD WOOD FLOORS AND CARPETS.MY FLOORS WERE NOT PROTECTED AT ALL IT WAS JUST A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. I WOULD ALSO SUGGEST THAT THEY CONSIDER WEARING PROTECTIVE BOOTIES WHILE INSIDE THE HOUSE SPECIALLY WHEN ITS MAINLY CARPETED. COSTUMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK THEM TO PLEASE REMOVE THEIR SHOES OR PROVIDE BOOTIES. AT END OF CLEANING AIR DUCTS ,I HAD NO PHONE SERVICE ,BEING THAT THE MODEM WAS IN THE SAME ROOM WHERE SYSTEM WAS BEING CLEANED.MAYBE INFORMING "THE OWNER '' IF THEY NOTICED ANYTHING WHILE THEIR MACHINE WAS ON ...WOULD OF BEEN THE PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO.NOT LEAVE ME WITH NO PHONE WORKING AND WHEN ASKED JUST A SHRUB OF A SHOULDER.NOT PROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION .VERY NICE YOUNG MAN BUT SO NOT INTERESTED WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS AND HIS ENGLISH I BARELY UNDERSTOOD. WISH THEM WELL WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR USE THEM AGAIN

Pretty good system. Clean main trunk, clean all supply duct and return duct using a combination of strong compressed air and strong suction with HEPA filter. Need to have working heating system fan going while the work is done. The system looks great afterward. Highly recommend. Thanks.

They called an hour earlier upon arrival and arrived on their scheduled time. Two guys came, perform the cleaning within the 2 hours frame. Hooked up the industrial vacuum to the main duct, opened up all vent covers and clean each one. Vacuum surrounding area as well. Overall very satisfy with the service. Bought the advertising special and didn't hassle for any extra service while they were there. Would definitely use them again.

The representative of the company arrived precisely as was promised by the owner. On arrival he and I went through my home locating all returns, the young man began cleaning all of the ducts. He was kind enough to show the amount of lint, etc. that had accumulated in our system, and I couldn't believe how much dirt there was. When the job was completed the ducts were sparkling clean. He had informed me before beginning that the job would take about 2 hours and that was the amount of time that passed. I had asked that he clean out the dryer duct as well. He explained that there would be an additional cost of $80. and after my approval he also completed that job. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend Lowe's Air Duct cleaning to anyone who needs that service.

The gentlemen were very professional, called to say they were available a little earlier than our appointment. We were able to agree on a earlier time. Upon arrival, they set our expectations of how long it would take, and we showed them all the vents on all three floors of our home. They brought all their supplies, were competent in setting it all up. In addition, they were considerate in making sure they were careful going through the house with all their gear. I would recommend them without reservation.

The contractor was very timely (called 30 mins before arrival to let me know his ETA), professional, thorough, and courteous. He left the place very clean and explained the process if I had questions.

Service was promt and easy to book, but I was not happy with the service. We have an older home that needed a lot of work, but the technician providing the service made rude comments through out the process. At one point our entire living room filled with dust - I'm no expert, but I imagine that shouldn't happen. I was coughing for a week. To top it off, he asked if we had a new air filter to replace the old one. We did not (and am a little surprised that that wasn't included) so I ran to the store to pick one up quickly, only to find out that the size filter the technician told me to get was not correct. Instead of telling me immediately (I would have gone out again to exchange it), he taped the improperly fitting piece in. Not a big deal, but not professional in the slightest.

Joe and Mladen arrived on time and introduced themselves. They were very professional in their interactions with me and my wife, not to mention their patience with all my questions. Their truck was clean, particularly the inside cargo area, which was not only clean but also very neat and orderly. That tells me that the company gives proper attention to detail, and Joe and Mladen certainly did do just that. We really did not know what to expect in terms of how they were going to go about cleaning the ducts and how everything was going to be protected from damage and soiling. As it turned out, there was nothing to be concerned about. It was raining when the men arrived, but they removed their shoes, which we appreciated. Also, they were very careful when moving about in the house with their equipment to avoid bumping the walls and furniture, and the equipment was clean, so there was no danger in soiling anything that it might have come in contact with. Joe and Mladen were very courteous, competent and thorough. What more could you ask!
