Patrick and Swart came on time and clean the whole system thoroughly. Very professional and polite. It took them 2 and half hours to do the job. Highly recommended.

It went fine - they came later than usual. It would have been nice to get a heads up on the time it took.

They did a thorough job of cleaning the air duck for the house. Unfortunately, they scratched the hardwood floor 1 week after it's refinished at the entry to the bedroom and close to the air vent. They did take off the shoes but the air duck covers were left on the floor during the job and I'm not sure if protection was used outside the equipment (or pipes) that was brought in the house. They did offer a quick fix with (polyurethane) spray. But the scratch was deep enough that I had to spend hours trying to fix it myself over several days. It's a shame since I thought they did a good job on cleaning the air vent itself. I wish they had use more protection and took more care in the working area.

These guys were very professional and friendly. They showed up on time and cleaned all of our ducts in about 2 hours. They even vacuumed off the top of our kitchen cupboards! The air already feels less dusty and A/C seems more effective. I would definitely use them again.

The team was 3 hours late (lots of traffic they said) - however once they were there, it went very well. They really removed alot of old construction debris that happened to be in the ducts. I was shocked - I had the ducts cleaned a year ago. I'm not sure what he did. However - there was a marked improvement in the performance of the system and the air is MUCH cleaner. The team was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I paid for the 'second' zone (which was controversial), but I figured since they were there.

The owner showed up with 2 workers very polite. The work that was performed was on point exactly as the ad says. They cleaned the trunks and vents and main system were cleaned very well. I would recommend this company and give them A+++ I will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I decided on Life Air Care Duct Cleaning given their positive reviews and Angie's Deal. I purchased the complete cleaning and sanitation package, along with dryer cleaning and hose replacement. Over email, Val communicated with me very promptly and scheduled me for an appoint. Unfortunately, they showed up at my apt, instead of my new home despite me giving house address over email. Val apologized and rescheduled for Sat, of July 4th weekend. I was working on the house so agreed to the appointment. I appreciate that they were willing to work over a holiday weekend. When Life Air Care came on Sat, they were about an hour and half later than expected, but I was told this could happen. Patrick introduced himself and did a walk around of the home, including the crawlspace. He was friendly and professional, and showed me that the units were older and straining. I will consider replacement at a later time, and he referred someone. We did have to agree on pricing to clean the second zone. This is important - Angie's Deal is for 1 zone only. This is not their fault, but would have been easier to buy multiple zones with the Angie's Deal. Patrick and his coworker worked very hard for about 3.5 hours to perform cleaning for all my vents for the 2 zones. He said that the vents may never have been cleaned before, and took some pictures. They kept the areas clean and put all the vents back without issue. I was happy with Life Air Care Duct Cleaning's work, would use them again, and recommend them.

Very punctual, friendly, polite clean, neat. Owner came with a crew of two polite and tidy workers. Workers directed long-extending brushes throughout duct work and dryer vent from inside near dryer and outdoors at the exit of the dryer vent. Did not move dryer in order to vacuum the back of it but this was not part of their method They did a nice clean efficient job; pleasant personalities.

Everything was done very thoroughly and efficiently. Val is the first person I spoke to at the company and she was very professional and courteous and made a good first impression. I appreciated the advice we got at the end of the service on how to maintain the AC between service calls. I would definitely call them again and recommend their services to others.

Working with Life Air Care was a breeze. After seeing the great reviews on Angie's List, I initially sent an email to the provider to see if they serve the Nassau County area (which they do). Val answered all my questions - both email and phone - and was very responsive. Val was aware of the promotion offered on Angie's List when I asked her about it and I made the decision to purchase the offer (for 1 air unit, unlimited vents). Everything was pretty seamless: setup the appointment date and time, a confirmation call during the day prior to the service date, and then the providers arrived at my house on time. Patrick and his crew did their thing and they really did a great job. They spent a few hours taking care to remove each and every air vents, clean the vent and the ducts, and replacing filters when required. The dryer vent was also taken care of. There wasn't much to clean up aside some dust, which we cleaned up in 15 minutes with our vacuum cleaner. We couldn't have been any more pleased with the professionalism and the detailed work that they performed. I would highly recommend this provider and will be using their services for future needs.

They got home a late, but the wait was worth it. Patrick and his team did an excellent job and took care the job very professional . I felt in very good hands and would used them againg next year.

On the day I called, the owner came by in the evening and inspected the air ducts in a home we recently purchased to provide a quote. He was honest, informative and helpful. He suggested that that it looked like the former owner had the ducts cleaned and that we check with them first. We did, and they had, so we did not require cleaning at this time but we will definitely use Life Air Care when we do need the ducts cleaned again!

I was very concerned because I had noticed the A/C units in our bedroom and kids bedroom had black mold and wanted treatment immediately. They treated my situation as a priority and made an appointment for the next morning. Patrick showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He was also honest in saying that he could remove the current mold but that in these type of units it would return over time. He gave me a fair quote and got right to work. They were at my house for about 21/2 hours and were very thorough and professional. I will be calling Patrick again if/when the black mold returns!

Patrick once again did a great job. He cleaned up what the other company left behind. I used patrick back in 2012 for my condo and in 2014 the condo complex resident and had another company come in and do the cleaning. (which was a mistake to do). Patrick removed so much lint that the other guys left behind and he used am industrial vacume to suck the dirt out of the duct. The other company didn't. He is a bit more expensive but the job gets done right and he shows you pictures to prove it.

Patrick and his team did a great job cleaning all ducts in a newly purchased home. He was very thorough and showed pictures and videos of before/after. He did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They were knowledgable and kept me in the loop throughout the service. Only complaint is that they must have just pulled out some of the ducts instead of carefully unscrewing them and now we have 4 vents that keep falling out of the ceiling and 2 of them the drywall has been completely broken.

Very professional and responsive. I called Friday morning and Patrick was here first thing Saturday morning, exactly when I was told he would be. He quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained options and pricing and was able to have things connected and back up and running in no time. I will certainly consider using Life Air Care for future jobs.

Patrick was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Vents were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in years. When my wife and I moved into the house we turned on the central air. My wife who has asthma got sick immediately. Patrick and his assistant spent a few hours cleaning out 23 vents with layers of dust. One the job was complete Patrick showed me a before and after video. It was amazing how all the dust was gone. A job well done. Turned on the air and my wife had no problems.

Amazing service. I emailed on Sunday morning at around 7:30am. He responded within 5 minutes and was at my house 2 hours later. I just moved in to the house and it seems like the previous owners never cleaned the dryer ducts. He was thorough and cleaned out about 20 years of junk form the dryer duct. The dryer works perfectly now!

They arrived on time and explained he entire process. They did a god and thorough job to clean each duct, vent and air handler. they removed every grill and cleaned inside. it took them about 4 hours. I would use them again.

New construction (ish). The developer cut corners at every glance. Its no wonder when Life Air Care, Patrick, came to my home and opened all 15 of my vents to my HEVAC system the amount of construction debris in the vents was enormous. Patrick and his team moved efficiently from vent to vent and expertly cleaned all my vents and sealed the ducts so no further pollutents blew into my home for my family to breathe. Very Good job... just wish I had negotiated for the sealing which jumped the price to be a bit curly. But Patrick did a great job. I'd invite him back into my home.

It was great, a big yes to Patrick! I had a not very good experience with another airduct cleaner last year with a good looking "deal" (BTW, I'm wondering how the companies manage the crew when they take business from house spanning Conneticut and Virginia, and person receiving my scheduling call is located in Tennessee). I'll all for local business this year. So I tried Patrick. Patrick, unlike other companies who gave me estimates over the phone, offered to come to my house the do the estimate. His quote was about the same with others, but, he told my wife he can start right away. I mean, why not? It was very much beyond my expectation! Partrick and his son did such a thorough and detailed job, really a peace of mind when the dirt cleaned was shown to my wife. Patrick not only did a great job, but offerred to help my fixed the wiring problem of our vacuum cleaner, what a nice person! Thank you Patrick, we'll definitely continue to hire you next year, like my wife said, call us if you don't get a call from us!

I contacted Life Air Care through e-mail and spoke with Patrick on the phone. From the phone conversation he was nice and polite. The next day he came to my house and explained everything about how he is going to clean the air ducts and exhaust. After he removed vent covers, he showed me picture before he star cleaning. I was surprised the amount of dust was there. He assured me that everything is going to be clean and that's what he did. I was very happy with his job and recommended to my friends. .
