I was not happy with their service at all. It was a little bit of a bait and switch when they got there. They charged for an extra zone. I spoke with someone a couple of weeks prior to them coming. They happen to come when I wasn't home. I don't get a chance to check my email everyday, I'm busy like everyone else. I neglected to see an email until weeks and weeks later. It said that they have been trying to contact me. They just showed up at the house, and it just so happen that someone was home. They were extremely bullish. I'm surprised that she even let them in. They broke fence, I can't even go on. I'll never use them again, I'm very dissatisfied with their service. I was so displeased. You never just show up at someone's house. They got there and all of sudden in terms of what I was quoted, suddenly I was told its more than one zone. That is not what I was told over the phone. The person that was home felt that they were rude, they didn't do what they were told to do. There was some type of deodorizing that they said they would knock off, but we didn't need that, but I think what they did was burn incense. We do not use incense in our house. There's a lot wrong. The bathroom in the basement, they broke the vent. When they left everything was broken.

They came on time, were very good at communicating the issues with us. No surprises, good service.

It was fine. I spent another $399 or $299. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned out some very dirty ducts. The work was fine. I would describe them as someone that they could trust to clean out their dirty vents. I think their price was fair.

Overall excellent service. Got a phone call from the company within minutes of purchasing the service through Angie's list. They were very flexible in scheduling. Came on a "Sunday" and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend to anybody

Very well. The ducts needed cleaning very badly. They did a good job and were very professional.

They came and did what they were supposed to. They seem to do a decent job. They were clean and nice people. The only issue I truly had was that after booking it, I was finding out about a lot of extra charges that I was unaware of. I called them before I actually booked it through Angie's List and told them the dimensions of my home and all of that. They said, "Oh, yeah. No problem. It has covered everything" and then when they showed up, only one floor was covered. I had to pay to have them do the second floor. I had to pay extra for them to do other things, so that part of it was a little disappointing but other than I that, I thought they had done a decent job. They were very courteous. They were respectful. I asked them to remove their shoes before they came into the house and they didn't object. I think the breakdown was in the office more so than in the people who came out to do the work. I was informed that they would utilize a certain method for doing the duct cleaning where they actually hook something up to our air circulator and actually suck all the dirt out of the house. They didn't do that. They came around and did it vent to vent throughout the house, so there was a different method that was utilized than what was anticipated. Again, they didn't come prepared to use the other method. I was told one thing when I spoke to the woman on the phone and what was done was different. The people that came here were very respectful and nice and worked hard but the woman on the phone was very nice on the phone but she did not convey to me things that I would have anticipated. The work was fine. I have been led to believe (because we've had air duct cleaning done before) that the one method I would utilize was the better method in terms of removing contaminants out of the air duct system. The method they used was effective but not as effective, so I'm just not sure if, in fact, the best method was used. They were able to schedule us fairly quickly. I put a B on professionalism only because of the woman in the office as opposed to the people that came to the house. I would consider using them again but I don't want to say that I would definitely use them again.

Professional, on-time, courteous, efficient, complete and clean. They advertise as 'best in the business' - and they are. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

A young gentleman came (don't remember his name). Very professional and extremely helpful. Did a great job and also replaced the dryer duct. I am very pleased with the service. Will definitely hire them again.

The technician, Suard and his assistant, Darin worked diligently and sincerely. Suard especially, who explained the duct system and how it works. He was knowledgeable and went beyond the extra mile. He took his job seriously and did his very best.

The duct work changed everything! Both the AC and the heating system now work evenly throughout the house with much stronger force. What a difference in use of fuel and comfort! It should be noted that, since the house does not have a basement, all this work was done in a crawl space. Patrick and his very-able crew showed up every morning ontime and left at the end of the day still smiling!

wound up costing more than expected, but well worth it. They showed me before and after pics/video of the vents and it was like night and day when they were finished.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the work performed. They were very courteous and offered a lot of advice in addition to the services performed. They did not arrive at the scheduled time, and when I called to check that they were still coming, I was told a new time (that also came and went) and this continued on throughout the afternoon and evening. Eventually, they did arrive and apologized for being so late. Despite all of this, they did not rush the job. They did a thorough cleaning and stayed very late until the entire job was completed fully and properly. Despite this one negative aspect, I would gladly use them again and recommend their services to others.

Everything should be this straightforward! Patrick came on time with one other gentleman, and he mentioned it will likely take a couple of hours. They ended up being there well over 4 hours. There was that much dust in the vents. We had just completed some renovation work, so that must have made the situation worse. Patrick also repaired (for a cost) two vents that were faulty. I would definitely hire them again!

The ducts in this old house had never been cleaned--the need was extreme. Results were very good--the stale air smell is gone.

It went well. There was a little mix up ion the beginning about residential vs commercial property.

They did an execellent job, went above an beyond to clean entire system. Very pleased with result, highly recommended!

The cleaning was fine, they did ok. The crew came later than the appointment time. Initially only one guy came and after about 30 mins he called for another person to come help. It would have been nice if both came together at the appointed time as we had to leave the door open for the equipment and had bugs in the home by the time the cleaning was done.

Excellent, the representative showed up on time with commercial equipment that took some very dirty ducts and made them like new. He also showed me some pictures of the interior before and after and cleaned up the work area after it was completed. I recommend this vendor for price and quality!
