Royal Green contracts out their install and removal service to a company called Eagle One. Installation went fine, and they removed old stove from my apartment but left it at the curb instead of hauling it away. Cost for this service was an extra $175. The Super of my coop informed me this morning. Not a word from Eagle One that they couldn't or wouldn't haul away the old appliance. Not much luck calling the store from which I purchased the stove. Sales rep not responding to voicemail or email. Finally spoke to a manager (10:30 am) about the issue. I was told that it would be removed as soon as the installer completed a job he was working on. It is now 3:30 pm and I am still waiting to hear back to when this appliance is to be removed. I even left a voicemail to the President (Stuart Royal) of Royal Green and have not heard back. If my bldg incurs a fine, I am responsible for payment. Would not recommend Royal Green or Eagle One.

I ordered a beverage fridge and microwave in May,2021. Not only did I not see these items until November, 2021, but the they refused to respond to any of my emails or phone calls for updates. When the fridge arrived with the wrong handle, which they ordered incorrectly, it took a phone call from my kitchen designer to confirm they would reorder the correct one. Today is Feb 22nd, and I still have not received it, they have not responded to any of my calls or emails. I have left messages for the salesman and the manager multiple times, to no avail. I would strongly recommend you purchase appliances anywhere else but there.

Using Royal Green as a vendor, if your appliance installation is without issues, is fine. If there are any issues, however, no matter how small, expect to have to chase down someone at the company to resolve them and to be treated to abusive conduct on the part of their employees. In fact, negative reviews tend to be responded to with long-winded, aggressive responses from the "business manager." My YELP review received a faster response than said "business manager's" response to being abused by their salesperson. In fact, the latter never came. 1. Our high-end fridge was delivered missing a piece (the kickplate). No anger was expressed on our part and we trusted that we would have the part installed within a week as promised. 2. After a week, we called to discover that our salesperson, Frank, knew nothing about the missing part for whatever reasons, and had rather unacceptable suggestions to remediate the issue until he finally claimed to be ordering the part. He also passed blame for the lack of follow up. His suggestion was that we install the part ourselves, highly inappropriate for a purchase of this kind and considering that SubZero is very clear on the machines' only being services by authorized repair people. It also took Frank three tries in the same conversation to understand that we did not have the part and that it needed to ordered. Zero apologies were offered either. 3. After a week, no part had arrived and it took an irritated phone call to get the part ordered, which Alan, who was professional and reasonable, handled kindly and efficiently. 4. Rather than sending the installers back as we had been informed would be the procedure by both the original installer and Frank, and which another salesperson confirmed was protocol, we received a message that a certified repair company would be doing the installation. This was not a problem per se, but after being told that the procedure was otherwise some communication regarding the change would have been warranted. 5. When I finally spoke to Frank again to find out why there had been such poor communication, he was abusive and insulting. He actually had the temerity to state that I hadn't bought the fridge but my father had. Beyond the fact that a random salesperson has no idea what arrangements a family makes between its members regarding finances and that Frank clearly thought he could get in a zinger because the credit card used for the purchase was in my father's name, commenting in such a manner is beyond inappropriate and unprofessional. Frank proceeded to scream at me rather than simply allow me to express my concerns, and insulted me as a "Karen," rather ironic as I had allowed weeks to pass without a part of my expensive fridge and as Frank is a rather unkempt caucasian man. Frank further expressed that I was "driving everyone crazy." Evidently following up after a week and then a second week to find out where a missing part of an expensive fridge is would be qualified by Royal Green as "driving them crazy." 6. The "business manager" minimized attempts to complain about the abusive conduct, tried to suggest that being concerned about an incomplete fridge was inappropriate in the current climate (were that the case, perhaps she should start giving away the appliances for free), promised that the owner would call right back rather than dealing with the issue herself, and then had a tantrum on the phone when the number she had given IN HER EMAIL as her direct number was used to respond to her text via text and to call back when the owner failed to call back immediately as promised. One could add in Frank's odd pushiness about our switching from the tubular handles that he himself had recommended to the pro handles while dismissing our query as to why the change with a "I thought you preferred the pro handles" and the "business manager" subjecting me to a rant about her personal issues about working from home and taking care of her kids, but that at this point is simply more evidence of something truly amiss in the offices of this company. I'm ignoring the no doubt abusive commentary the "business manager" hurled immediately at my quite explicit review, and will have our family attorney address anything that requires addressing. In short, a big no to this company.

While the quality of the applioances was fine that has nothing to do with this company. They are rude and unresponsive and sloppy when it comes to delivery. They will dump thousands of dollars of appliances at your house leaving boxes and packing for you to clean up. They also will not set up the racks or internal devices inside the appliances such as a refrigerator. They are also way overpriced. I recently used PC Richard to make another major appliance purchase for 3000.00. The difference was night and day. They carefully removed the old appliance and installed the new; removed all boxes, packing and the old appliance; cleaned up after themselves; and made sure the appliance was set up and I understood how it worked. They contacted me the night before the delivery and the day of to keep me posted of delivery time. They contacted me later the same day to make sure I was satisified. The difference was night and day and their prices for the same appliances are far better.
Description of Work: Sold new custom built Viking Stove, and all new appliances for my kitchen which was completely renovated, along with my laundry room.

Extremely well. Appliance order/ delivery was flawless. They coordinated with my general contractor. No issues. Friendly sales service--made great recommendations and spent extra time reviewing order to make sure I qualified for all available rebates. GE washer was set up with water hoses that automatically shut off in case of flooding. They worked too well and the washer did not get water. Leiberts set up appointment with GE repair, issue was fixed, repairman called the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. WOW.

Due to elevator restrictions in NYC, the condensers on sub zeros must be removed before delivery as well as before removal of refrigerators from apartments in most buildings. This is the case in ours. Three parties need to be involved and the process was generally quoted as taking 3-4 days by various competitors. Lieberts was able to schedule, deliver and install the new sub zero and remove old one all in one day!. All the service providers were courteous and considerate of our home furnishings during the process. The sales team was direct about additional costs. Because Lieberts is factory authorized, there is an additional warranty on the sub zero.
Description of Work: Leiberts provided a sub zero refrigerator to replace exisiting 20yr old model.

Well, the original day of schedule a part had not come in, but they re-scheduled for the following week and everything went very smoothly. I also felt that I was able to see a wide variety of options for the space in my kitchen. Alfred was very knowledgable.

To tell you the truth, I did all of the ordering and everything over the phone. It was great. I have done business with them before and I have always had a good experience. The delivery was right on the dot. This company was originally in the Bronx then they moved to Yonkers and now they are in White Plains. I followed them because I like their services.
