Larry did a great job rebuilding my old front walkway which was falling apart. In addition to this he replaced the old brick face on the front on my house with real stone and fixed a drainage problem in my yard. He also replace my driveway. His crew was always professional and meticulous. I am very please with the result. I have received numerous compliments regarding all his work from many of my neighbors. I highly recommend him.

This work was done to prevent water from entering the basement. We did not expect work to eliminate all the water. It didn't, but it stopped about 90% of the water so now we are to a point that we will get 1/4" of water in a few areas of the basement occasionally. Before we would have as much as 1" of water in most of the basement. The work was done in 2007 and the results have stayed the same. I would recommend this company for promptness, neatness, and results.

The estimate was thorough, professional, timely, and in both e-mail and standard mail form. The response time was excellent as was the follow-up. The only thing holding us back from having all or most of the work done immediately is that some other more pressing and unfortunately costly issues around the house popped up out of nowhere.

We received the estimate from Dan/Labriola in about one day and, after we signed the contract and send the advance payment of 1/3, the work was scheduled within two weeks. The first day we had the masonry team doing everything except the mulch, and the second day the gardeners brought the mulch and spread it throughout the area. Everything was left clean at the end of each day.

I have had work done by this company in the past. They are always responsive and professional. I had a unique situation (significant tree roots and drainage issues) and I felt that Mr. Labriola really listened and made appropriate suggestions. The job was completed in a timely fashion and the site was left spotless. I am very happy with the driveway paving job that was done.

For anyone considering having tree work done, I would highly recommend Labriola. We had a rather substantial job of having a diseased plum tree removed from our front yard, a cherry tree moved from our back yard and replanted in close proximity to where the plum tree stood, two large white pines removed and stumps down and replaced with five arborvitae and finally, another cherry tree and our front redbud trees pruned back from the house. The two large pines had virtually swallowed our small back yard and finding suitable replacement trees was very important. I spent about 3 months looking at various options on the internet and at local nurseries. Dan Kinsinger was very patient and corresponded with me during this period of time providing helpful insights and responding to all of my inquiries. Once a decision was made and the job scheduled last fall, a crew of three men came in and worked diligently for the better part of an entire day with Dan stopping in periodically to review the work performed. They left the site clean, hauled away the debris and reseeded the lawn where it was disturbed by their work and even in some other areas where the turf was thin simply as a courtesy and they had the left over seed. Due to the very extreme, harsh, winter, sadly three of the arborvitae did not survive. When I phoned Dan in the spring, he quickly came out, surveyed the situation and had the three trees replaced. Apparently the root systems of these three did not set well before the ground froze choking off the trees. The new replacement trees are happily doing well and we are happy with our choice of Labriola. We would not hesitate using them for any future work we might need.

It all went smoothly. This is the second time I've used Labriola, and both times was a pleasure. Larry is a true professional who has great suggestions and solutions. I did not have this landscape designed by an architect, so I winged it with Larry's suggestions and past experiences and it all came out beautifully! I would HIGHLY recommend Labriola for any landscaping and masonry needs you may have. His crew is professional and punctual and clean.

Please look at the ratings I gave him; I will give credit where due. That said, Larry assumes he knows what you want and will do the job in his image. Beware! If you don't watch every step, things will not necessarily be as you expect. He's very good at being a professional and appears as though he cares about the job, BUT...when things went wrong (and they always do) he couldn't/would fix them; I have to live with them. So keep your eyes open all the time. I will NOT call him back for any more work.

I originally called Larry Labriola because I wanted a new driveway installed at my house. We both agreed that before I could do the driveway a retaing wall needed to be built because I was losing my land under the driveway whenever it rained because of the slope my driveway was sitting on. So we went ahead with the retaining wall. When it was just about complete then we talked about drainage and the actual driveway design and cost. I also decided to replace an existing railroad tie retaining wall in front of my house and to address my drainage issues. Then I added the stucco foundation work, the paver stonewalkway, and the regrading of part of my property. Larry offered great suggestions for all of my issues and really cared about the quality of his work. He even delayed the start of my job because he wanted a certain foreman to run the work at my house. At first we weren't happy with the delayed start time, but when Martin showed up the first day at my house, we knew right away he was the right man to be running the job. Larry stopped by nearly every day to check the progress of the job and answer any questions or address any concerns that we had. Overall the job lasted about 4 weeks including Saturdays, concluding with the black top on the driveway today. It really was a great experience dealing with Larry and his crew, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him back in the future.

Larry arrived 30 minutes early! (We had a 9am appointment ... he got there early guessing - correctly - that I had a train to catch.) He quickly assessed my yard and was very honest in saying that (a) the drainage issues I had were my neighbor's concern, not mine (b) there really was no need for ME to spend money on this, (c) suggesting other low cost options (services that he doesn't do) that would alleviate some of the issues. Very professional, honest, and consultative.

They met the timeline they told us, stayed within budget, showed up each day and called if they couldn't be there due to weather, professional, cleaned after themselves. Reliable and great work!

They were very professional in coming out and giving me a quote timely. They were courteous and in my opinion they weren't the most expensive quote that I got so I would use them soon. I didn't use the services so I can't talk much about them. They were good on giving me the estimate.

Larry Labriola was professional and courteous during all phases of the project. Their estimate came in less then three other companies and the work was done with quality and promptness. We have already obtained a quote for a new paver walkway and reasphalting of the driveway.
