We weren't too happy with it. It was our first time hiring someone for an hourly job. It seemed like the guy took a little longer to do each stuff. I was told oh he's very thorough, he's very good. He might be good, I'm not saying that I can't really get somebody to do the same work. I can't say that because I am not in the same field but the thing is it seems like he took a little longer. I had paid $400 plus for 4 hours and he did like four thing I was looking to get done. I understand that things happen and he might not be able to do all four but the thing is it took him over four hours and the other things he did were very, very simple. Installing ceiling fan. There was nothing there, I had the fan and everything, he just had to install it. The box was there, everything was there. So fan installation. Installation of a smoke detector and my shower door had come off the track and I had the part for it. The screw got loose and it came off, it came off the track. I just couldn't do it myself because I couldn't take the screw off the bottom to take the door off to put it on track again. So, he had to do that but for that particular door he looked for another screw because that screw was too little and according to him that's why it came off. But I had it on for 7 years. He looked for that screw for over a half hour while I already had the screw there. This kind of stuff. The fourth thing he couldn't do because the parts weren't available was the shower. That's when he took the most time. He took over an hour, hour and a half searching all over for the part that they don't even make anymore. So, I, certain things just doesn't seem right. On top of that they tell me that if I get the extended or the replacement things they said they could do that and they would charge me $900 or $1000 then whatever time he took over the 4 hours for whatever he did, we're not going to charge you for because you will get this things done. I'm like, you're not going to charge me for overtime I paid anyway because over $400 that I paid was more than enough for what he did. So, I'm not even going there anymore. It was my first and my last hourly thing that I got. They slack off because they know you get hourly pay. They slack off. And that’s how it is. And they said no it’s not like that. They are not going to say oh we were slacking off. The three things that he did for almost $440 dollars and I don’t think it was appropriate. I was already out of money so I couldn’t do anything about it. But I’m not going to go there again. For the things that he did the pricing is high. I had to call them and see where they were with my parts.
