FONTANELLA ELECTRIC

I called the company and left a message late in the afternoon on Thursday 30, 2015 and early in the morning the following day I received a call from the owner, Mr. Richard Fontanella. I explained the situation to him and right away he knew what was required. He was able to arrange right away for one of his employees to do the work that same day . His employee was very professional and polite and did the work . Mr. Fontanella then came over to check the work, which was well done and explained what steps were necessary in order to get an electrical inspector to verify that everything was in compliance. Mr. Fontanella then took care of all the paper work and set up an appointment for the electrical inspector to look at the powder room. The inspector then came at a mutually convenient time and approved the work. I called Fontanella Electric about a year ago and they did a terrific job. Based on my previous experience I called on them again to get this other job done. Again, I am very happy with their work. They know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. When I call them they return my call very quickly and schedule the work to be done without delay. Also their prices are very competitive. I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends and I plan to call them in the future whenever I need any electrical work to be done.

They arrived on time, did their job, cleaned up and everything worked.

I called Fontanella Electric on a Friday morning and in less than an hour my call was returned. An appointment was set up for the following Monday morning. An electrician was sent to do the work and he did a very good job.The owner,Mr. Fontanella, also came to see all the work. I am very satisfied with the job that was done and I plan to call them in the future if I need any electrical work to be done and I would also recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Call office was able to speak with Richard (owner) who was very detailed in explaining the process of troubleshooting electrical problem and the billing process. The technician was professional ,he had to remove ceiling fixture to locate short circuit in ceiling wiring (he repaired the same).

Will use again in future if needed.

I had three recessed lights in a kitchen that weren't working. I called two of the top-rated electricians here on Angies List, as well as Fontanella Electric, since they are right in my neighborhood. At the time Fontanella didn't have any reviews on here. Of the three places I called, Fontanella was the first one to call me back (the other two weren't far behind, btw). The guy I talked to (I believe he was the owner) was able to send an electrician over the next day (on a Saturday). He was able to troubleshoot and fix the lights. One of them needed a new ???? (don't know what it's called... the little box that hides in the ceiling). He went back to his shop, found one there, and returned to install it. Overall time was a couple of hours. The electrician was a nice guy and very professional. The next week I got an invoice for about $225, which I was very satisfied with. The lights have been working great since. The next time I need an electrician for some electrical handywork, I will definitely call this place again. It's a bonus for me that they are literally two blocks away from where I live.
