+ 1 moreFine Construction did a terrific job of gut renovating a 1,900sf pre-war unit for my client who purchased the property. Client, and engineer, interviewed 3 contractors we recommended and chose Fine Construction. Project required a major re-design to add a 3rd a bedroom, flooring structure reinforcement, complete systems upgrades, kitchen, baths, millwork, detail finishing -- you name it they did it. Very pleased with the cost estimates, design advice and workmanship details. Processional service all along the way during months of work.
