She has been very helpful. We enjoyed the fact that she came promptly and covered all bases. The apartment has not been sold yet. She took pictures that she posted online and gave great advice and tips. We are happy to have her as an agent.

From start to finish it went extremely well thanks to Dina's efforts. I received a very fair price for my home, even in the soft real estate market.
Description of Work: Dina was hired as my listing/selling agent for my home in Yonkers, NY in January 2011. She was thorough, fair, and extremely helpful in advising me on what I should do to make my home sellable. Withing a week she had buyers viewing my house and she was holding open houses almost every weekend. Dina found me a buyer after only one month and walked us through the deal. I was living in Florida and Dina went above and beyond to help me with the process. She even went to City Hall to research building records on my home when some minor issues came up that needed clarification and proof of approval. She is an excellent realtor and person. Did I mention that she even shoveled the snow from my sidewalks? I definitely would recommend her!!!
