I thought I would see whether anything can be done to increase its speed, so I took it to Raph, who very quickly had it back to me and it’s running much much faster now.

Raph fixed two older computers for me. They had been my older children's who had moved on to new ones. He got them cleaned up and functional so that my younger kids were able to use them, giving me two more years before I had to invest in new computers for them.

He upgraded me to a faster better desktop and I had zero headaches because Raph plowed through all the the data transfer, software updates, cabling critical items to a new UPS, setting up redundant backups, creating a file server, and did a tremendous amount of housekeeping. Lots of improvements offered I wouldn’t have thought of, but appreciate now. When remote support is needed, that works well too.
