+ -1 moreI BROUGHT THE COMPUTER IN TO BE FIXED. IT WAS ABOUT THE FOURTH TIME I HAD TO BRING THAT COMPUTER IN FOR THAT PARTICULAR PROBLEM SO I'D SAY THEY HAVEN'T DONE A GOOD JOB OF RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. IT'S SOMETHING STRUCTURALLY WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER SO IT KEEPS HAPPENING. IT'S A RECURRING PROBLEM. THE PEOPLE ON THE HELP DESK, THE SERVICE PEOPLE THERE, THEY'RE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SO I WASN'T VERY IMPRESSED.
Description of Work: IT WAS PAID FOR UNDER AN EXTENDED TWO YEAR WARRANTY. THEY FIXED A PLUG ON THE LAPTOP. THEY HAD TO INSERT A NEW MOTHERBOARD.
