Ruben was very punctual with our meetings and project timeline. I had asked him several questions during the course of the project which he promptly returned my emails and phone calls. The team was very professional and conducted outstanding work. I most certainly would hire him again as well as recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Excellent! Ruben provided great advice from the beginning including types of material and design ideas. Also gave me various options at different price points. He was incredibly responsive throughout and his installation guys were on time, detail oriented and end result is awesome.

Extremely well. Retuned second day to install driveway gate. Installation was done so quick and quietly I didn't now it was completed until I went outside.

They are amazing and their owner, Reuben is such a sweetheart. I can't say anything bad about this guy. He did my fence and he did it at a reasonable price and he is just an amazing fellow. We needed a railing built down the steps and he didn't do metal railings. He sent it out to a guy and the guy who did the metal railings didn't do a good job. I explained the whole thing and reimbursed me my money for the metal railings and the PVC fence he filled them up with concrete so they won't move and you don't get that giggle that the PVC fence usually gives. What a job he did! He is an artist and he is honest. He is just a phenomenal guy.

Excellent in every way. Only reason that I put N/A on price is because I only got one quote. Ruben and his team were excellent and the fence looks 5-star.

Excellent. Colony is very responsive, shows up when they say they will, gives pricing quickly and no surprises, finishes on time and very professional. I wish they did other types of work too!!

It went perfectly. Ruben took great care in determining our needs for varied fencing and gates, writing up an explicit order for us to approve, and installing on a timely basis. I found his estimates to be fair and when I have requested small additions ever since, he has been very responsive.

They did a great job and they did it quickly and really cleaned up after themselves after the job was done. The team was respectful, courteous and did what I asked them to do. My neighbor was so impressed by the job that they did that even he hired them to do the fencing in his yard.

This was the second project I had Colony complete and both projects went smooth and came out great. Ruben and his guys are extremely professional, responsive and very willing to provide you with all of the information necessary to make decisions. They really took the time and care to ensure the fence was installed correctly and even went out of the way to cut down small trees and dig small trenches to ensure there were no openings for my dog to get out from. This fence surrounded quite a steep hill and the guys were still able to get it done on time and with no hassle. I would definitely use Colony again and certainly would recommend them to anyone looking to have fence work done.

Ruben and his crew were terrific. Ruben made several trips to our home to take measurements and sketch designs of the new fence for us. He was very thorough and very professional throughout the process. He also suggested a number of improvements to the design which resulted in a much stronger and more durable fence. His crew was also great. They removed the old fence, cleaned the site and the installed the new fencing. After the walk through, I asked for a few things to be corrected and they were done almost immediately. I would not hesitate to use Colony Fence again or to recommend them.

Great, the price from Colony was just slightly higher than the lowest price I was quoted, but I went with Colony, because I was comfortable that the work would be completed as I wanted it at the agreed price, which is was. Ruben was very easy to work with and once we had worked out the details and settled on a price, there were no extra charges. Ruben was patient, listened to what I wanted and worked with me to figure out the least expensive way to get what I wanted. He installed a removable post, so I could remove two fence panels for occasion vehicle access instead of double large gates. A side note, gates are pricey, but of course you don't want to add them later, so my advice is give some serious thought to how many and where you want gates. I have a decent size yard, so I chose vinyl for the front and chain link for the sides and back. I got the permahedge inserts for the chain link for privacy. It adds to the price, but is still less than vinyl and last a very long time. The fence was installed last year and I am very happy with my choices and certainly the job Colony performed. The work was completed as agreed. The workers were hard working, friendly and cleaned up each day before they left. I would definitely recommend Colony and use them again. Another tip, if you use a landscaper to mow your lawn, you should get at least one 5 foot gate, so you don't have to worry about the landscaper hitting the fence posts.

This was the second time we've used Colony Fence, and this time I kind of tortured Ruben because I really didn't know what I wanted. His recommendations were excellent, and he worked with us on cheaper options. Installation went smoothly. Great work, and the price was very good.

Workers arrived on time completed the work in timely manner. Cleaned all the debris. Had to wait for driveway gates to be made and installed Waited for them to arrive and begin I waited and waited workers were so quiet I did not know they had came and already installed the gates!!

Mike was very prompt and helpful. We discussed the type of railing that I wanted. Mike had helpful questions and suggestions. The railing that Mike fabricated was exactly what I had asked for. I was also interested in using the new epoxy paint for this project given the reports of its high durability. Mike was very accommodating. He used the paint, drilled the steps and installed the railing. No fuss no muss. An excellent experience.

Ruben Colonia and his team at Colony Fence were punctual, professional and did a wonderful job of rebuilding our wooden fence at a very fair price. Also, when one of our two wooden gates needed re-setting over a year later Ruben came and fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend Colony Fence.

The job was expensive (because of what we wanted) and we were nervous that it all went well. Colony worked with us on the design and took it one step at a time. They were very responsive and showed up when they said. The results were what we hoped for. We were very happy with the result.

The company is very professional in handling all matters. The fence came out perfect looking. They paid attention to aligning the height ( the fence lies on an uneven ground).

This is the second time I used Ruben. The first time was about 3 years ago when I had 2 old wood fences replaced with vinyl. One was a picket fence in the front of the house and the other was around the backyard. I had had other quotes and Ruben's was very reasonable compared to the others. I forget the total price, but somewhere in the $5,000 range - a good price for a lot of work. We were very pleased with that work. The gate needed adjustment at one point and they came right away to make that adjustment. If there is one thing Ruben is, it is responsive. Leave a message and he gets right back to you. Recently we had a large tree fall on the part of our backyard fence that is chain link. I called Ruben and once again he called right away and set up time to come and give me a quote. In addition to the repair I had asked Ruben to increase the height of part of the fence to help keep the deer out. We had to coordinate his repair with the removal of the tree so that there was no time where the fence was compromised and the dogs could get out. Tree out late Friday afternoon, Ruben's guys were there first thing Saturday for the repair. When Ruben's guys came on Saturday I was having second thoughts about doing the extent of work I had originally asked for. I felt bad about it, but was just unsure, even though I had made a commitment to Ruben. It was really a "bad client" move, but Ruben handled it with grace, we talked it through and he came up with a solution that was win win for us both. The guys did a terrific job and went above and beyond. Will I recommend Ruben to a friend - absolutely, and already have. Will I use him again? You bet. Once you find a good thing, go with it.
