Ruben and his crew did an excellent job. They performed the work in two days, removed the old fence along with another large pile of scrap wood and debry that I had in my yard. I thought his price was fair and he came in exactly on budget. I would definitely hire him again if I needed another fence built.

First time we used him was because a storm knocked down a wooden fence we had. He helped us with the insurance claim, supplied everything they needed and our new fence was up and beautiful. Second time we used him, our neighbor's giant tree came down on the beautiful fence Ruben put up. He helped us right away and once again our beautiful fence was up and the price was so low. His work is professional and he does more then he should because he's a perfectionist.

We had an excellent experience with Ruben. He replaced a large fence for us in a timely manner. When we pointed out two areas that were installed incorrect, he had his team out that next week and replaced the incorrect sections very quickly. He was very responsive and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend him.

Reuben, the owner, was usually prompt, gave his crew detailed instructions, and ensured high quality work.Returned calls promptly and cooperated with my whims for changes during construction. Completed work as requested and on time using materials I requested.

The owner’s name was Rubin. I called him and he came out very quickly as the issue was trying to get it done as soon as possible. He was accommodating in doing that. I also found that he was very honest and this guy delivered what I paid for. It was not cheap but it was not too expensive and I felt good about what I got. I would go back to him. In fact I would call him back to do additional work.

Now we have used this company twice. Again, Mr. Colonia was very responsive and his workers did a fine job and a good cleanup. We had one minor problem with the staining and he came the very next day and took care of it.

His crew performed the work professionally and on time and there were no surprises. The final bill was the amount he estimated. The fence looked great and he is standing by his work, he offered to come back at no charge if anything needed adjusting. We are very pleased and would recommend Colony Fencing.

I think the price was pretty reasonable for the work he was doing. I didn't get any other quotes. He seemed to be reliable so I chose him. I didn't call for other quotes because it was an emergency. I asked him to finish the job as soon as possible. I was satisfied with his work. He was okay.

They were on time and Did good work and worked straight. They cleaned up after themselves and I would use them again. The price was right.

We weren't very happy with them. Ruben, the owner, was very nice and we had no problem with him but they had to come back quite a few times because the work wasn't really up to par. We had discussed certain things they were supposed to do because they were matching another fence. They did come back and did everything that we asked. We ultimately ended up getting everything that we wanted. We complained about the bottom of the fence touching the dirt after it was installed because it would end up rotting. They came and took it out and installed it again the correct way. The fence wasn't straight. It felt like it was sloppy and we didn't expect that because we felt that the guy seemed to be on top of things. He did come back several times and we knew that he wasn't happy about it. We didn't notice everything right away. The work was a bit sloppy but in the end he did everything we asked and he was nice about it even though we were sure that he was irritated. The price was good. They were not punctual. We wouldn’t use them again.

Do- get a permit ahead of time if your city requires it. Crazy old lady next door called the Building Inspectors while work was commencing. Need permit for gate eventhough fence was already there. Much easier having this doen ahead of time rather then posthumously. Ruben is a great guy to work with and has done several jobs on my street.

Work was done promptly and very professionally. Job took the better part of one whole day. Ruben and crew were a pleasure to work with... Cleaned up and removed all of the old fencing..

The owner, Ruben Colonia, responded to my voice message within minutes and showed up at my house on time that same afternoon. He spent a full hour and a half with me, examining the property, discussing my needs, making recommendations, taking preliminary measurements, and producing a written quote. Only a few days later, upon receiving the fence materials from his supplier early, Mr. Colonia called me to say he could start installation at my convenience. His crews completed the job in a day and a half and left the property in clean condition. It is a good-looking fence, and in retrospect I am glad I followed Mr. Colonia's recommendations. The resulting placement of the fence makes more sense aesthetically than what I had originally proposed and provides more privacy.

I called Ruben and he came out to give me a quote the next day. From the day he gave me the quote, he installed the 2 fences and 3 gates within a week! This is after we even changed our mind about the type of fence we wanted, we went back and forth on the picket and gap sizes. This work was to babyproof the backyard for my daredevil-toddler and Ruben knew we were under a time crunch. There was a four man crew that came around 9am the day of installation, worked hard and then were done by 4pm. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up everything after the job was done. They did a great job and I am thrilled with their work. I highly recommend them and I would use them again in a heart beat!

They were fantastic. They estimated very quickly and they were the best quote. One of the posts was a little wobbly after they installed it and they came back the next day and put in a brand new post and new cement. They were great. The fence has been in for a couple of months and it is perfect.

Ruben came in to do the estimate and made sure everything was done according to specifications. Had no problem having him return to fix a minor issue. He is very pleasant to work with.

Reuben and his men are great. Reuben came out to give me an estimate on short notice, and was able to install the fence on even shorter notice (within a week). His guys worked 12 hour days to get the job done on time and on budget. This was even after i changed the job in the middle (i decided i wanted a slightly bigger fence). Reuben didn't bat an eye, and his men were happy to pull up a few posts and change the fence to please me. I can't say enough about how thorough and professional his workers were. They worked incredibly hard in 90 degree heat, and took only short water breaks! The final product looks great, and my dogs are ecstatic to be running around their yard. Colony gets my highest marks. Great, great service.

Great experience. Ruben came out the day after I called and gave me an estimate. Everything was clearly explained to me, and he gave me a timeline on the spot. His crew came while we were at work and were done in 2 half day sessions. They even made an ingenious cut around a tree that was encroaching on the fence line. Beautiful finished product and solid as a rock! They cleaned up, and Ruben called to check on everything. Good pricing, good work, nice people.

Ruben came after a snowstorm and patiently measured the property to give us a quote. I did not meet him the first time it was my husband who talked to him. We got another estimate done and not only was Ruben's the lowest, he also had the best reviews on Angie's list. So I met up with him for a second time and we did request changes in the fence. He was very polite, and had a GREAT DEAL of patience, I sure had a lot of questions. He was very knowledgeable so he was also able to give suggestions on how to get around obstacles like uneven ground, trees and shrubs. It was scheduled easily and the workers came, very nice, quiet and had the fence up in 1 1/2 days...all I can say is WOW! Ruben was also flexible with the payments and followed up after the job was done to check if we had complaints and if we were satisfied. We love it, my kids love it and I dont have to worry about my small children wandering out of our backyard into a busy street. They installed 2 gates and they seem sturdy. I definitely recommend Ruben and his company. And thanks to all the previous owners who submitted reports, it helps a lot.

He seemed very nice and competent.Since i did not shop around for different prices i don't really know how this price compared with others, but, it seemed like a reasonable price for the work so I scheduled it. The workers arrived even sooner than expected. they were very nice and professional. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up very well. I had one adjustment to be made because I forgot to tell Ruben about it. He sent a man back a few days later to take care of it. I was very pleased with the work.

They were pretty great. They were punctual and did a really good job. They had a schedule. I in fact never saw them. I would absolutely use them again.
