As a Certified Backflow tester & Inspector I am certified to test in 14 states and Canada. I am the only tester and I do not out source to other testers. The price is fair and the work is done right. I do educate each and every customer that I do test for. By doing that I believe by educating the customer why the test has to be done and what can happen.
