+ -1 moreI was told it would be about 4 days. I was leaving town the following week, and hoped to pick up before. They never called me to say it wouldn't be ready, so I stopped by and was told it wasn't even worked on. I left town from July 18th till July 23rd and during that time, I never received a call back. So I called them only to find out it was a problem that needed a new carburetor. Much to my dismay, I was told it would be a few more days before he could work on it. Never heard or received call back so i waited a few days and finally I had to call back. NOW, he quoted me $150 for the part, but suggested I buy a new power washer. I could tell he didn't want to do this work, so I asked him if he did, and he said not really. Frank, I will never bring any other repair to your establishment. It should not be the customers responsibility to continually do the follow up
Description of Work: I brought my gas power washer to Central Mowers in White Plains, NY for servicing around July 10th. Engine was starting fine, but it looked like choke wasn't staying open so it stalled
